Get tired being blame neighbors we are all doing bad stuff not as well i see trash yard im only one here seens to yet care clean up all i get return me does everything bad , dont ses how really these people live here, most people here leave there trash on parking lot just kick it around here there where i go put in the trash so annoying see them kick it and trash around, not happy over all !! If you are interested in having this company rent your property just know they will lose you money due to the girls in the office not passing along information and lying to us over the phone.
Offer more money on a property and prepared to go into a bidding war but didn't want to do more paper work.
Sorry to the owner of the house in Waterford on lawn Dr. This company actively lost you a potential $6000 more a year because they didn't want to pass on any information

Called Tuesday inquiring about a property and was informed it had an application, but has NOT been shown yet. Told them I was interested in the property still and willing to pay more money for rent. Said they would pass the information along onto the owners. Calls back Thursday to express my interest and to see if they sent message to owner and they assured me they would. Then they call me Friday saying the other applicants took the property and it was no longer available and that they NEVER TOLD THE OWNERS OF MY OFFER! They told me “that’s not how it works” and they “didn’t want to fill

Rented for over 5 years, never late. Gave my family 30 days to vacate (mind you covid stuff). Then not only did they keep all of my security deposit, but they are charging me for blinds that were never there and for the dumpster they chose to get because they are selling the house and did stuff to it. They never came to repair anything and stopped changing our furnace filter years ago.

We were moving back to Georgia cuz my husband was transferred back the parent company. When we checked on our deposit I was told by Becky that we weren’t getting any of our deposit back. Because of our dog. But we paid a non-refundable pet deposit just for that. So they got to keep our deposit except for around 250.00. We should have gotten almost three quarters of it back. SO BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN U RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY CHEAT U OUT OF UR MONEY I do have a report that a non-refundable for a pet is to be used for damages by the pet. By the way we paid 1450.00 deposit. We cleaned the condo

As for Property Management companies, I don't really recommend most, I would recommend MPC for your HOA management they do a decent job and their online system is pretty good and response time is decent!
In a perfect world a PMC should be about doing the right things for the right reasons. I recommend hiring property managers that are ethical and truthful. Yes "men and women" are not good for an HOA! HOA's need a PMC to be the voice of reason, balance the budget, speak to board members from experience and inform them when spending is out of control and dues might double

We have worked with (professionally) and been managed by (as homeowners) MPC for several years. Overall, this is one of the best Property Management Companies in the area. When we purchased our condo, we were very concerned about the management company due to poor experiences in the past. We were happy to learn MCP managed the property and this greatly contributed to our decision to purchase the property. As with any property, we have had our share of issues, and not all have been pleasant. Yet overall MPC has been professional and available.

Terrible!!!! Stay away if you are renting and stay away if you are a property owner. Terrible communication and payment tracker. They will try to sell you on their system and software but their communication and tracking is terrible. Zero follow up and accountability. Don't follow their own screening practices as stated in another review and they are not local unless you're in Burlington.

I would say working with MPC has been a very a good experience with very good communications via the portal and tickets getting wrapped up in a timely fashion. Their portal is very nice for a condo owner and staying up to date with whats going on in the HOA. They are great at making suggestions for maintenance and problem resolution and do a fair and honest job, I Trust the owner. Our first ticket took about a year to clear up- however I think they had just an over abundance of high priority issues from our previous Property Management company in Lake Geneva who did nothing at all.

We interviewed many management companies and MPC came out on the top. That was 10 years ago and they never disappointed us. They are very professional in everything they do for us including Budgets, Insurance quotes, Painting quotes, Landscaping Quotes, Etc
We get our financials on a timely basis. They are available 24hours a day

I have worked with MPC for a number of years. They took over our parcel management after a long term relationship with a previous property manager dissolved. The previous management company made things as difficult as possible for MPC.

They took over the building i lived in and turned it into a slum. they rented to anybody they could get and within months most of the good people were gone and they were replaced with bedbugs, drug users and drug dealers. they were fired but the damage was already done. they never took care of the building's maintenance and they were all about the money.

I am SO thankful that our management company for our apartment that is proactive. We could of very easily ended up with a management company that takes the rent and keeps it at that never repairing anything and what not . We got new carpet in the basement last week and days after the carpet got all wet. Well, now they've put in a new water heater. Plus, about a month ago we got new flooring in our kitchen. I highly suggest MPC Management.

This company does NOT follow the law & the FCRA when it comes to screening applicants for their properties. They did a background check on me without my having a showing OR filling out any paperwork. Gretchen called me based on a craigslist ad I responded to & rejected me over the phone, stating they did a ccap on me. I did NOT give them my name, or permission to do so, which is against the law! The owner, Michelle, then called me & back pedaled, stating she would schedule a showing & take my application paperwork & then reject me. BASED on an open ccap case, for a BUSINESS
