This company is all bark but no bite, please don't be intimated by these people! This company bought the buliding from my previous landlord. I was never given a new valid lease but was wrongfully charged late fees. So due to that I fell behind in my rent and was taken to court for eviction. The judge saw through his fallacy, taking the side of us. Although we still have to move, which is a breath of fresh air. Our building's condition instantly declined, devolping mold amongst other things. Long story short please do not feel fear if you find yourself in a similar situation.

Marc is the most terrible excuse for a human being that I've ever met. Maria in the office is useless and a liar. Worst landlord/property management company I've ever had to deal with. They rent out properties that should be condemned to families with children. They are pieces of human garbage and I hope that their illegal practices and slumlord activity catches up to them.

SLUMLORDS!!! These people don't care about their tenants. Our previous landlord lost some of his houses and they were purchased by Mark (the owner). We received an email from the man at the bank handling the transaction saying our security deposits were given to the new landlord. Well Mark lied right to our faces about receiving them. And since he never "received them" we wouldnt get our security deposits back. DON'T RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE GREEDY AND EVER ADDRESS ISSUES WITH THE RENTALS!!!!
