A: Yes, all of our property managers hold an Illinois Broker License or a Managing Broker license. A: As your property manager, we will sign the lease on your behalf and you will be provided with a copy for your records. A: We collect your rental income from your tenant at the beginning of each month and send your rent disbursement to you electronically.

If I can give no stars to Shannon I would. I send all the information she requested in an email. Then she says she did not get it. Then I forward it's or her and say I wanted to book an appointment to see the house. Then she plays games and says she only has 2 slots open. I take one and then she says she booked someone else. Then I broke another 1 and the day before she says O we took an application without giving me the option to see the house. Poor excuse for someone helping people find homes.

Concierge made it possible for me to rent my condo without the time and attention typically needed to manage the initial and ongoing necessary monthly processes. Shannon keeps me updated with monthly financial reports, and inspects my property on a quarterly basis. Shannon is a great specialist and a wonderful property manager! She helped us find a great home to rent, prepared it for our move-in and maintain it in a perfect condition.
