The most common place to start is with your Board of Health office. Newer homes and homes that are in the process of being sold require a Title 5 Inspection, which will include a diagram of the system. Howland Disposal can provide locating services. There are two choices to locate your cover: (1) You can call us and have one of our experienced technicians from our service crew locate the cover(s) for a fee.

Absolutely awful. They stop their trucks in the middle of the road blocking traffic while their employees debate in the street whether or not the trash is acceptable to take. They drop half the trash they throw in the truck in the street and leave it behind. Plainville MA needs to get a new trash service.

I don't do these "comment" section often but feel the need to provide feedback when I'm ultra happy with a service provider------let alone a trash company!
