William F. Grella, MD graduated from the St. George's University School of Medicine, St. George's, Grenada in 1997. He works in Wayne, NJ, specializes in Internal Medicine and is the owner of Integrated Hospital Medicine, the primary hospitalist group for St. Joseph's Wayne Hospital.

As one of only two facilities in Passaic County with 2 full-time Respiratory Therapists on staff, our expert Pulmonary Team provides specialized care and services to individuals with a variety of acute and chronic lung disorders. Under the direction of Board Certified Pulmonologists who conduct rounds regularly, we develop aggressive individualized care plans to optimize our patients' functional capacity and improve their quality of life.

DO NOT GO HERE!!
My step-dad went in healthy, needing physical rehabilitation and is now being taken off life support after severe neglect at this facility gave him sepsis.
He is early 60s, this place is too short staffed to remain open and people are dying because of it.
The place was bought out and all those good reviews are from previous ownership, go anywhere but here.

BEWARE of this facility. Apparently they delete reviews. They are all smoke and mirrors. My grandmother passed away here and the doctor has yet to call us to explain what happened. They are completely incompetent and left her without her oxygen. Would not send my worst enemy here. Please do not trust your loved one to this facility.

Thanks to Jason at Lakeside , this was the only rehab that would except our father with a nose feeding tube . Our father had a severe stroke and was unable to have any other feeding tube due to other health issues. Most rehabs would not except our father under his circumstances, Jason made an exception for us and while he was under their care they tried everything possible to help him recover . Unfortunately our father was 88 years old and had other health issues that made it impossible for him to recover and he passed away after a few weeks . While he was under their care the nurses would call

A big thank you for the wonderful job you did for my dad. He came in barely able to stand. We did not think that he would be able to leave the facility, but he was able to become stronger than ever . The staff including nursing, rehab and dietary went above and beyond. The cook, Anna, even came in to see if the food was good. Thanks for the extra special care and attention. Your care definitely made a difference in his life as well as in the lives of my family. You can feel very comfortable placing your loved one at Lakeview.

When my father was recently in need of care and treatment in a skilled facility, my mother, myself, and one of my sisters visited several nursing homes in the Wayne, NJ area. We selected Lakeview based on cleanliness, warmth and professionalism of the staff to whom we were introduced, and the administrator's availability to answer questions prior to my father's placement there. We were also impressed with the effort that had been made to create an aesthetically pleasing environment, thinking this might be a reflection of the level of care provided. My mom went to Lakeview last week and we are so happy! The social worker at the hospital recommended the facility and thank Gd we took her word for it. The facility is clean and the staff is helpful, attentive and caring. The administrator is amazing and makes sure everyone is happy. Mom has a few more weeks of rehab before she can come home, but I don't think she is in any rush. She already has a great group of friends and all the staff know her by name. Two years ago we went to a neighboring facility and the care here far surpasses what we experienced last time. I recommend Lakeview to anyone
