My husband spent 10 days at The Health Center at Bloomingdale after surgery for a broken hip. He was happy and comfortable there. His large room was newly painted and had lots of light. The twice daily rehab he had was excellent, the nursing staff was attentive to his needs, and the dietitian made sure that he had diabetic meals. The entire staff was friendly and listened to my concerns for changes in his program. I highly recommend this facility.

I'm not sure about the review of the negative reviewer (beware of trolls on the internet) but my father attended the Health Center at Bloomingdale and seriously had a GLOWING report. Having suffered 3 serious falls in the last year and a half, he is no stranger to rehab facilities in Northern New Jersey. His most recent fall resulted in a broken hip at 79 and we opted to send him to the Bloomingdale facility; we were SO happy with his care there, as was he.
Not only was the facility clean and freshly painted, the staff was incredibly attentive and friendly. The Physical and Occupational Therapists

My husband broke a vertebrae in his back and after being discharged from Morristown Medical Center we were sent to Bloomingdale Health Center for rehab. I have never been in a more filthy or disgusting facility in my life. I wouldn’t leave a dog there. My husband is a fall risk because he keeps trying to get out of bed to go to the bathroom by himself. There were no rails on the bed, the bed alarm was so soft no one could hear it, and the staff were totally unhelpful when I raised these concerns. We arrived at 5:30 and he was not given any food you scepter a cold cheese sandwich, and no medicine
