All Ma Maison homes are quaint-like communities situated on Belair Road, just a short distance from White Marsh Mall and other shops. Since its inception over 22 years ago, Ma Maison has been owned and operated by the husband-wife team of Khashy and Nicole Varzandeh.

Services
Before admittance can be granted into an assisted living home, the prospective Resident's physician must complete a Health Care Practicioner Assessment. Once the Health Care Practicioner Assessment and Assisted Living Manager Assessment are completed, a Level of Care is determined. Each question is allotted a certain point value.
Before deciding on an assisted living facility for you or your loved one, below is a list of questions that you may want to consider. Will anyone make sure that my loved one is regularly coming out of his or her room and spending time with other residents and participating in activities? How do you encourage residents to participate in activities?.

My uncle recently moved into Ma Maison Assisted Living facility. He is very happy and is doing much better than he was on his own. The owners, Khashy and Nicole and their staff are absolutely wonderful. He loves the food and has gained some much needed weight. The best decision we made was placing my uncle at Ma Maison. Very highly recommend!

I view Ma Maison as a real Godsend. Two years ago my elderly brother experienced an emotional crisis and needed a place to live. We had no idea what he could afford or where he could go. I contacted A Place for Mom and they recommended Ma Maison.
It has been a good fit for my brother. He is the happiest he has been in years. The staff has been very caring. Casey is exceptional! You can tell she loves what she is doing. She is always planning fun things for the residents and family members are welcome to participate.
The residents live in a ranch style house and their meals are cooked right there
