Woodlands is a beautiful three-story community, licensed by the State of Maryland to provide assisted living and memory care to older adults who need help with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing or assistance with medications. Please be advised this letter is notifying you on behalf of a employee regarding the incident which occurred at Woodland Assistant Living in Middle River on January 21st, 2019.
First and foremost I want to indicate that a employee was conducting her duties in the Medical Technicians office at 3:00 p.m. when Mrs. Adeleye Harding aggressively grasp her right arm and screamed at her in front of two other associates that also work at this facility.
Secondly, Mrs. Adeleye Harding commanded her into the Nurse's station were Mrs. Adeleye Harding proceeded to repudiate her maliciously

Nurse forgets it is assisted living and not a nursing home or hospital . If your relative is very capable she seems to want to make her dependent on her . Some of the food could be better . People are very friendly and loving . Rooms are nice and decorations in the entire place are very nice . . We research 6 places in the area and liked The Woodlands the best .
