The guys from Humble were here today to inspect the duct work in our basement and they explained why I DON'T need to spend $9,000 to replace the duct work. Previous HVAC contractor was trying to convince me our duct work "was the worst they've ever seen" and should be replaced. The guys from Humble laughed at that. Humble said they would be happy to replace the duct work if I really wanted them to, but their recommendation was to have duct work cleaned and video scoped to prove it's in good condition. Thank you Humble, you have earned my respect and I will certainly be a repeat customer.

Humble installed my furnace and AC in November 2018 and have done an absolutely fantastic job of maintenance and service since then to this review in Feb 2021. They are very responsive and very knowledgeable with long term employees. You can't go wrong using them!

We were very impressed with Alex and his team at Humble. We needed a new A/C and furnace, and both were installed this morning. All of our questions were answered patiently and thoroughly. We could tell Humble is a family-owned business, because they treat their customers right. Also, the Amana products they offer have the best warranty in the industry, so that was a big selling point for us. I would definitely suggest Humble to anyone in need of HVAC services, because they really know their stuff. We feel good about our purchase!
