First thing this morning at 8am, I called for service with Residential Heating and Cooling and spoke with Kendall. Kendall was very helpful and answered all of my questions patiently and professionally. She also sent us a link to connect the thermostat to Alexa. The window for repair was scheduled for 1-3 pm and the installation was actually completed during that window. Jonathan was the responding technician, and he was very polite, professional, and knowledgable. He informed us that it wasn't the furnace that was the issue but the thermostat. Residential Heating & Cooling helped us with a competitive quote after receiving an excessively high price on a furnace from another local company. Kendall who is the Office Manager is ALWAYS so professional! When answering the phone she consistently and slowly lets me know who she is and who she is working for. Can't tell you how important it is that those calling can understand what she is saying. Plus she has an abundance of knowledge about heating and cooling so I trust what she says. Also important to note that when she doesn't have the answer, she'll find out and call back in a timely manner. She is the first impression of this business and she is wonderful. Also want to compliment Ben who performs twice a year cleaning and maintenance
