The magical forest behind Sarver Winery is no longer, and the logging continues throughout the back 260 acres. It's been difficult for us and we were deeply saddened, but, with all change, we are coming to terms and looking to lift our hearts in gratitude. We are grateful for the tranquil backdrop these beautiful trees provided us.
Welcome to the Sarver House, a spacious and elegant home perched on top of a hill with glorious vistas of Elhanan Vineyard and the South Willamette Valley.

This beautifully appointed home features many amenities, including a sprawling porch with breathtaking views, complementary bottle of wine and house made chocolate, a fully-equipped kitchen, luxurious spa bathrobes, pellet fire stove, barbecue grill, a Nespresso, plenty of board games, and of course, next door access to delicious Sarver wines. Our goal is to provide our customers with an exquisite one-of-a-kind winery accommodation.

Amazing view and super friendly staff! Can't go wrong with some Brie and Sopresata. Liked the 2019 Pinot Gris the best.

It's a chilling place. The price is reasonable and the atmosphere is really great. Should choose a good weather day to come here. It's not hard to find but it's a quiet place.

So , we went to Sarver today with some out of town guests because we've always such nice time there and the wine is excellent. Something very strange happened, we were helped by a very angry and rude man and then also received attitude from a woman working there. We spent a considerable amount if money there today and rarely been so poorly treated. Hopefully this is a one off attributed to personal issues. If happens again will our last time there.

I had friends from the east coast come and visit and was super excited to show them a great time. When we got there, the place was a ghost town and I was so excited to pick out a great place to sit and enjoy the gorgeous view. We walked inside and there was a frantic waitress, I believe her name was Carla, and she pointed at us and said to her coworker "Can you take care of THIS." We got no welcome, no introduction to the wine or menu, even after letting them know it was everyone but myself's first time coming. I was so embarrassed. It was not only unprofessional but just really

I'm not a big wine person but my friend Diane is. We stopped here on our way back from picking up a few cases of wine from another local wineary. The wine was DELICIOUS! I only gave a 3 start review instead of 5 due to the fact that my friend told me before we arrived to not let her do a membership. She has a long standing wine club member with the other wineary. She too loved the wine here. She was planning on canceling her other club membership and going with Sarver as everything she tasted especially the Port was incredible. Well long story short the person serving us didn't have time to set

Beautiful views, delicious wine, tasty nibbles, helpful service, and chill vibes. Don't sleep on the fig jam! It seems you can bring outside food, as lots of folks were having elaborate picnics with bottles of Sarver wine on the patio. I'll definitely do this for my next visit.

This is my favorite "view winery " in Eugene. It's our "go to" place with friends and guests. This summer we particularly enjoyed their roses, both still and sparkling. Some of their reds can be hard to taste young, but all of them seem to improve greatly after a year or two in bottle. Covid-friendly outdoor seating. Be sure to bring your own glass if you don't like plastic (or you can buy a Sarver glass for $5).

This is a fabulous place. Great wines. Great views. It feels magical to sit outdoors with a bottle of fine wine overlooking the beautiful vineyards and the rolling hill country. During COVID, bring your own glasses.

Amazing service, lovely view, awesome wines...and I'm very picky. I'm more of a red wine drinker but I ended up loving the whites! Definitely left with some wine.

Beautiful vineyard with $6 flights. We chose to buy the muscat bottle and brought our own charcuterie. We sat outside and for a moment I felt like we were in Napa Valley. The Sarver sparkling muscat w the fragrant peach was delish. No music on a Wednesday eve but the view of the vineyard was heavenly... A definite recommend.

This was our favorite winery on our visit to Eugene. Breathtaking views, friendly and knowledgable staff, and great wines. We tasted all of their wines and liked them all. Standouts were the sparkling rose, Malbec, and cuvée. There was also wood-fired pizza available which was also delicious.

Once of my favorite places in Eugene! The winery is outside the city and overlooks beautiful rolling hills. The ambiance is fabulous. What is actually notable is the cheese plate and spread as I'm a cheese plate sucker...the goat cheese is fabulous and their wine...?? Of course it's fabulous as well. Their fight is reasonably priced and plentiful (which matters) and I enjoyed everyone of them! Highly recommend!!!

I definitely recommend a stop at Sarver when touring through wine country! Another winery not too far outside the heart of Eugene, with amazing views and, of course, great wine. Sarver has a great indoor area with great views, as well as a l patio area where they occasionally do live music. Another thing I love about Sarver is they a good selection of cheese plates and small bites which pair wonderfully with the wine!

I don't know how it took me so long to write a review for my favorite winery in the Eugene area. My husband and I LOVE Sarver. The scenery is beautiful and they have a fun outdoor seating area where they often have live bands playing in the summer. The inside is nice too for days when it's rainy or cold.

The wine is fantastic, especially their whites and rose (and that's coming from a red wine lover). They also have a great selection of cheese and charcuterie, and they designed their menu in a way that the cheese goes with almost every wine. You must come here. It's that good

On the outskirts of Eugene sits a beautiful winery with spectacular views of golden vineyards and endless rolling hills. You'll feel welcomed the moment you step inside the cozy tasting room and with your first sip of wine, you'll realize you have found a hidden gem in the Willamette Valley. I can't wait to come back for the wine, views, hospitality, indoor/outdoor seating and all around feeling like you are hours outside of the city. The staff was so friendly and accommodating and their wines, cheeses and snacks were fairly priced. Parking is very convenient and I even saw a party

Beautiful views of the valley. Nice outside patio for sipping wine and enjoying their baguette and cheese. A tasting flight was $6 for 5 tastes and they allowed me to substitute a Riesling for a Pinot noir rose. So far, so good. However, the patio was very very crowded and loud. It was later Sunday so I did not expect this but unfortunately it was so loud, it took away from the enjoyment and we left early. They allowed us to take our tasting outside, but I think it was overwhelming with noise and people, parties around. I am glad there was no live music that day to add to the cacophony. The wines

Visiting family in the area and so we looked up places to go for when we weren't with them and we ended up finding this Winery. Also our BNB hostess told us it was great. We decided to go (also who could pass up local beer on tap at a winery????). Great food, AMAZING view, good service....just ALL excellent. Next time we are in OR visiting family, we will be back again to the Winery.

One of our favorite wineries in the valley. Located in the Veneta area, super close to Eugene. The views are beautiful and so is the tasting room. The bar top is long and perfect for an informative tasting from the friendly and knowledgeable staff. Stuffed chairs and couches take up the rest of the tasting room facing out the beautiful glass doors and windows leading out to the patio. The patio looks over the vineyard and out to the mountains. It can get a bit windy out there (just saw the wind catch an umbrella and tip over a table breaking some wineglasses, thankfully empty). It appears to be
