For this reason, if the rental rate is within the Section 8 voucher amount, you cannot deny the applicant on these grounds. We encourage our owners to be accepting of the Section 8 system. This system is a privilege to the tenants and can be revoked if they do not pay their rent, cause damage to the property, or cause disturbances to the property.

I am disgusted by how awful they treat their applicants. My boyfriend and I applied for a property they had listed a few weeks ago. It had just gone up and we were the first ones to apply, we hadn't even seen the place yet. We scheduled a viewing and the woman we were speaking with, Nadjia, told us our application was great, they just wanted to make sure we liked the place and it was ours. We were ecstatic, considering how crazy the market has been and that we also have large dogs. We'd been looking for a place for about a year with no luck, we actually told her how hard it had been and

Our business, Air On Time, LLC has been doing business with Ironclad Property Management for several years now. Ironclad made a complicated situation with my 2 tenants into something easy to handle. They wrote a new lease for one of my tenants and got both of them up to date on their rent. Then they helped me sell my rental property. But actually, it's so easy being a landlord with Ironclad managing the property that it actually made me think twice about selling.

I resided at one of the Ironclad Property Management apartments in the Middletown, CT area for 5 years and it was a wonderful stay. They are very detailed with information before your move in process and afterwards and they maintain their properties well. Their online tenant portals are excellent and such a smooth process, you can do everything you need to do online such as pay your rent, get renters insurance and schedule maintenance to your rental in their maintenance portal and more. They are pretty prompt with getting back to you with any concern or issue you may have also.

Highly recommend Ironclad Property Management. They are always quick to respond to whatever questions or concerns you may have. Not only do they keep their properties immaculate, such as mine upon move in, but but they also make sure everything is running properly and do quartly check ins as well. The convenience of paying rent online is amazing as well as creating any "property melds" (repairs or maintenance requests). I've been renting for over a year now and I've had nothing short from a great experience with them.
