In over 50 years of driving and of having renter or homeowner insurance I have dealt with quite a few insurance agencies. BH Gold is as good as it gets. They represent several insurers and work to find the least expensive policy for the coverage that you need. And if you need service,they are great, I have even had them nudge the insurance company along to get things done.

Encompass Insurance (an Allstate Insurance subsidiary) provided my family with an all-inclusive (auto, home, rental apartment, earthquake, liability umbrella) insurance package for nearly 30 years. BH Gold Insurance was my agent for much of this time.

Have to always keep updating my 5 stars for these guys. The other day my insurance had expired due to my own fault of forgetting (again) and they called me and saved my bum from not having any. Best insurance company in my opinion, on this planet Best best. They took care of me all the way through my husbands passing til today with me finally getting back up on my feet. Stay away from this insurance company. Their rates are way to high. They tried to triple our rates, like overnight. I spoke with Melissa and she was argumentative. After receiving notifications of these absurd rate increases, I immediately switched companies and saved like more than half of what they tried to exhort out of me. To make matters worse, they then sent me a bill for over $500 dollars even though the policy was still in force at the time of cancellation. This agency creates an easy of doing business, when transferring over your coverage to a new policy it can seem over whelming and become a hassle but not with BH Gold. Mindy took the time to explain my coverages and explain why you don't want state minimum auto coverage, I had no clue I was so underinsured. She made it very easy to change my policy to them and I feel better knowing I have better coverage. B.H. Gold are the only guys I'll trust to provide my renter's insurance. When I moved from La Jolla to Palo Alto, the team was great at getting me set up with a new policy and made the transition much easier. I didn't have to worry about a thing. B.H. Gold sends me the paperwork, reminds me when it was time to renew and shares the steps I need to take along the way. For someone like me with my head in 1,000 places at once it makes my life much easier.
