Great employees, it was a pleasure working with Sara and Jenn. Although this is normal, I'm alittle disappointed in the fact they sold our loan after only 5 days to a national chain. the company prides itself on being local and "your direct lender" i would had rather kept our money in the local economy but instead our loan was sold before we could even make our first payment. nice people, happy to work with them, but dont buy into the "keeping it local" mindset

To start I am a very critical person of myself and others in regards to professionalism and expectations to how I want to be treated as a customer and as a person.
