Rick and Kathy were amazing. Due to issues with the seller and appraiser, I was nervous we wouldn't be able to settle on time. These guys were on top of the process every step of the way. Complete transparency. Consummate professionals. I can't imagine there being a better mortgage company to work with. It came down to the wire. We needed to reschedule settlement for later in the day due to appraiser issues but they got it done.

My situation was quite unique. I was in need of refinancing my house in order to fulfill obligations for a divorce. Rick and Kathy made things so easy. I try to leave reviews for businesses that truly standout and I was very impressed with Falcon Mortgage. The customer service provided by Rick/Kathy were outstanding.
Even with the large volume of people refinancing, Rick never rushed during our discussions. From the beginning I could tell that he not only wanted my business but actually cared about my best interest. We reviewed different options and he provided multiple quotes so that I could make an educated decision.
