None of those pictures look close 2 what I've seen. I doubt they look like that. When u move in either, unless u plan 2 remodel & make them look brand new. No pool at that site, it's all cemented in & I have never on any season seen green green grass like that otherwise ppl would b sitting on it. Way 2 exspensive for 1 bedroom & u don't have a patio where u can have company & bbq or those smokers can go outside without standing in front of your door or doing in the house.

It’s very fraud to go there. I deposit my $1000 security when I went there for rental.They told me to give it back when my rental will be over. But I needed to quit one month earlier before ending of the lease. So, I went there to get my deposit back. I told Debbie to give my deposit back, she made many excuses like I will talk to head office, I will talk to Mellisa etc etc. I paid my lease for the last month as well even though I didn’t live there. This is laughable that you see either 1 star reviews and 5 star reviews. It should really make you think why that is. Could it be that they are getting other people to put those 5 star reviews there to avoid addressing valid criticism? Osito apartments is not a good place to live. They are ridiculously expensive for what they are selling and they don't fix anything. Most of our washing machines are broken and have been that way for months. It is really sad because there a lot of good people that live here yet they throw 5 star reviews on google to prevent criticism that can actually improve the

Such an amazing experience!! Omg I could Not be any happier! Jasmine at the front desk is super helpful and knowledgeable. Everything from the application to the move in has been nothing but amazing. The units are clean and well taken care of. Also they give you a nice house warming gift upon move in!
