Meadowlark Apartments is a great place to live, the neighbors are friendly, Tanya the manager is very nice, and they are pet friendly for our kitty. The units are nice and well kept, air conditioner, roomy closet, pest free. It's gated and is conveniently located steps away from the mall, grocery stores and restaurants. Couldn't ask for more.

Would not recommend to anyone... these apartments are infested with roaches...rent is really high for a one bedroom$775... area is not the greatest surroundings... and...don't expect your deposit back... regardless of how clean you leave the places.... last but not least... if you are a veteran,retired,etc... they will take advantage one way or another

(11/10/2016) The management, lower case "m", has decided in a single increase, to raise my rent by $100 from $616 to $716. I have been a resident for 3 years. My apartment has been treated for roaches 4 times in 3 years. The roaches are still here. I have light switches that don't and will never work. I have base boards that look like they were attacked with a chain saw. There is no landscaping. There's trash laying around the landscapers won't pick-up. Management says that's not part of their job. Between the roaches, noise ( Food4Less trucks start unloading +- 4AM), feral cats, intersection shootings

For my family and I we stay amongst our self, look out for niebhors and for the most, the same is returned.we have lived here for going on 23 years, and seen it all, good n bad, mostly good,The new owners have cleaned up at the Meadowlark. If something needs fixing, management is always on top of it,what ever the case may be. I would recommend living here, see and judge for yourself. Thank you.
