The Accreditation Commission for Health Care (ACHC) is a non-profit healthcare accrediting organization established in 1986 to ensure quality, patient-focused accreditation standards. After a three-month hospital stay and subsequent two-month rehabilitation stay our mother was discharged home with a live-in caregiver. The nurses, aides and therapists at Family Home Health were communicative, compassionate and true professionals one and all! Under their care mom progressed to the point of gaining independence and functioning safely in her home where she no longer requires any caregiver assist. We are truly grateful!

My 88-year-old aunt was put in the hands of Family Home Health Care after she was discharged from Alden. Pretty sure you’re owned by them, if so no surprise. With the exception of the therapists that came and were professional my experience with FHHC was a nightmare. The communication with this office is nothing short of incompetent at the very least. No returned calls, no schedule, no solutions to problems. You will be getting numerous phone calls to set up your own appointments, there is no “schedule”. Auntie was supposed to have a shower twice a week, the girl coming for her second weekly

Terminated home health services abruptly without notification for my mother who is completely bed bound multiple stroke survivor. The nurse, OT and PT didn't even know that the office terminated services, they texted me several days after to schedule appointments for her. When I called to find out why they terminated services, they said due to staff shortages. My mother ended up in the ER a few days later. The hospital then called them to renew services and they totally lied and told them that we were rejecting their services! Put my mother's life and health in complete jeopardy. Totally unprofessional

Great service from Kelly in admin to the nurse’s Ben and Diane. Once we decided on hospice for my dad everything fell in place quickly and it was a relief. My dads medical supplies were delivered quickly and that company was great to, very nice men that delivered and set up and explained everything and came right away to take it all away after my dad passed. I would highly recommend Family Home Health Network/Hospice.

Family Home Health and Family Centered Hospice is a great company to work for!!! The sales team, intake team, management and the clinical team is Family! The clinical team is exceptionally compassionate with our patients health needs both Home Health and Hospice. As a company we (FAMILY) strive to make sure we meet each and every patients needs!
