Your practice specializes in treating and caring for patients and we specialize in electronic billing. Copy of your Curriculum Vitae (CV), with all milestones having a start and end date in mm/yyyy format. For your convenience, MPMS accepts VISA and MASTERCARD. If you are paying by credit card you will receive an invoice on the first of each month and your credit card will be billed each month. Credentialing only clients MUST submit a credit card authorization form and will be billed according the the Credentialing Services Agreement.
