I used this company for quite a long time...anywhere from 2 to 4 times a month. They were really amazing at first, but something changed over time. The techs would arrive late or not at all. I'd call to see why no one had arrived nearly an hour after my schedule time only to be told "oh, he won't be coming today." it's like they just stopped caring. such a shame because they always did such a great job. But I just can't deal with how unprofessional the company became.

No customer service help at all and just terrible company. I booked an appointment and nobody called or showed up. I’ve been trying to contact the business and I can’t get anyone to pick up my phone calls or respond to texts. This has happened multiple times with this company. Don’t even waste your time

I did not have a good experience with the representative handling the appointments. I made an appointment 9 days in advance and they tried to change the appointment for a day ahead while I was at work. They also changed the appointment time without notifying me. The gentleman that cleaned the car was very nice and he did a good job.

We found Supermann detailing online after searching for a long time for a good detailer for a good price. We reserved a kryptonite package for one car and a krypton package for another. Mike and Joe came to detail our cars and we received a phone call 30 minute prior to arrival. I am very particular and they both absolutely blew this one out the park. Mike did an incredible job and he really proved just that. Mike took his time, did not rush and delivered. Joe did a great job on our second vehicle which is much older and never once has been detailed. That was not an easy job and Joe tackled it

I bought 2 detailing packages; 1 for myself and 1 as a gift for my dad. For my appt; the detailer just didn't show up, no call no show. The scheduling people were nice but not really helpful; told me to reschedule. Fine, things happen. The detailer (different person) did show up on time for my dad's appt. My dad was happy with the quality of work and said the detailer was polite. Later my dad checked his owner's manual where he keeps about $40 cash in case of emergency and it was gone. He believes the detailer stole it and was very upset that he tipped a guy who ended up stealing $40. I feel terrible

Without a doubt one of the most unprofessional things we have ever experienced. My wife had an appointment scheduled between 1-3 PM. My wife confirmed the appointment at 12PM and called again at 2:45 PM when no had shown up. At 2:45 it was confirmed she was the next person in line. At 4:30 someone at their office someone called to confirm someone came to wash the car (which they hadn't). It was again confirmed someone would be coming to the house. At 6:40 my wife again called their office and was informed no one would be coming

Incredible service! Mike was fantastic. He kept me informed on when to expect him and did an outstanding job on my car, inside and out. It was a bit of a mess to begin with but by the time Mike was finished it looked the same it did when I bought it off the lot. Great job!
