As long as your license plate is the same no change is needed. If you have a new license plate you will need to be updated by logging into your account or speaking with one of our staff the next time you visit us. Yes, create an account and Login on our website to your account and you can change to a different plan.

Manager legit denied service's for me. I was willing to pay but he mentioned to me that the car was to beat up to go through the drive through. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism & rudeness in this matter at an establishment. Owner should be questioning management if he's treating all patrons this way.... I question if I will ever come back as I have been a loyal customer for 3 years.

The people here are lazy and they will make every excuse the reason you car is damage. Brand new car 2021 and it was my cars fault the side mirror was damaged and the rear windshield wiper was broken. The car is only 3 months old.
I should have known there was a issue with this place cause when paying for the most expensive package they didn't ever power wash the front of my care to get the bugs off. So when getting out of the walk still had a lot of bugs on front of my car. Meaning it didn't even look like the front was washed.

Nice little spot for a quick car wash. They offer self service vacuuming with great suction. We have a dog and it really vacuumed the inside of the car nicely. The exterior is ran through a drive through car wash and really cleaned my car. You have several washes to choose from at great prices. They also offer a membership for those who are interested. Overall great experience.

Updating my review. There were a few minor things when they first opened that have been improved upon. Biggest improvements are that the "drying wheel" has been slowed down which I'd good because before it would take your wiper blades with it from time to time. That has solved that problem. They also now provide towels in the vacuuming area for those who like their car perfect. The tire shine applicator seems to be doing a much better job.
I did sign up for the monthly plan which allows you to go in a once a day (not that I do, but you can) and the consistent cleaning definitely

I had the monthly plan for almost a year, and it was fine, my car always came out looking nice and clean. I had the higher priced level, so even the tires were shiny. I was happy with the service until one weekend, I had the car washed on a Saturday morning. In the afternoon, I went to a nursery to buy some plants. I folded down the rear seats and loaded the plants in the trunk. Of course, a good deal of soil and dirt got in the car. I went back to M Car Wash that afternoon, just to use the vacuum cleaners. The kid who worked there said I could only get the car washed once per day. I advised him

Best car wash ever ,this modern self service car wash has tops on other car washes , having the best plumbing company in The MIAMI area ! we must keep all our vehicles clean and presentable for our customers, this M Carwash is far from us and our normal Carwash place but Wow ! what a big difference, I pulled in the Manager met me at the kiosk and Helped choose the top service at next to nothing and met me again as I run threw the wash and again at the vacuums , wash place and took 1/2 the time of our regular place the vacuums are amazing strong vacs the rims tires and bumpers cleaner then I seen

My car is black and I had spots on the hood from sprinkler system from watering grass. They tried to remove spots after 2 washings and still could get them off. You have to vaccum inside car yourself even after paying $17. Or $20. For washing and drying car. They did refund $20. Back because they didn't want to be responsible for not getting car clean.
