Had my girlfriends car yesterday and booked an inside detail. Honestly, her car was pretty gross; stains on all carpeting and seats and it smelled pretty badly too. Gelvis was late. Called me at the end of a 4 hour appointment window to tell me thr rain pushed his schedule back. Thrn shows up 40 minutes later to physically look at ny car then tell me hes gonna wash a car 20 minutes away then call me back. Says he'll call me back when he finishes to comr back and i never hears anything again. Glad I didnt pay up front.

Hired this company today, was told by the owner that they would arrive at 10am. Arrived 50min late, no apologies, nothing. No respect of time. I told them I had a conference call at 12pm that they would need to be finished by and was told it wouldn’t be a problem since there was 2 guys coming. I specified that I didn’t want a rushed detail. But that’s what I received. Not only did they not finish by 12pm (late again) but they rushed the detail and left wax residue all over. I will never use this company again.

I have been using Top Shone for many years now. And I have to say no other company can make my car shine as they do. I highly recommend them. One of my top shine contacts is Ian. He takes car of my car as it was his own. I am always impressed with the time he takes for details that make it look all so right. I schedule my appointments using there my time app. And it works pretty well. I live in the Pembroke Pines area and I highly recommend top shine.

It was a decent mobile car wash. But it was not a full detailing. $125 is a bit high for just a mobile car wash. There was dirt residue along all four door handles, a channel piece was thrown in the grass on the side rather than placed in its appropriate location, and they did not use an orbital buffer.

Zero ownership and accountability STAY AWAY!
A careless employee damaged the lumbar mechanism in my drivers seat by putting the automatic seat back all the way when cleaning it and being completely oblivious that the back of the driver seat was jammed against the sun visor in the back seat. This is a firm harder folding sun visor. It's also a 2 door car with little space in the back. When I got in the car later the seat was protruding forward so far it looked crazy. Complete disregard.......When I called the owner Welly he seemed reasonable and we agreed I would go to the dealership to get an

I called and explained that i have 4 cars to be washed. So i did what any person would do book 4 appointments. The man shows up 15 minutes late to the appointment and only washes 2 cars, he says he needed to get some water and will be back. The guy never shows back up. After 2 hours I called the owner of the company and he explained that "it was not worth it for his driver to drive all the way to come fill up water and then drive all the way back to wash the car"(customer service at its finest) he could have at least told me that to my face instead of me waiting 2 hours for them to show up(which

I have used several different mobile retailers in the past that quite frankly were awful. One guy claimed he washed my truck without using water!! After reading reviews of Top Shine as you can imagine I was still skeptical. Top Shine proved me wrong! They showed up on time after notifying me they were on their way and immediately Wellsy and his crew got to work detailing my truck. The end result was an amazing job for the reasonable price I paid to have my F150 Supercrew washed and waxed. I would not hesitate to recommend Top Shine!
