Why is someone who specializes in psychiatry offering treatments for weight loss? To this question I would answer this: If you think about it, psychiatry is in fact the PERFECT specialty to help with weight loss. Think about it; what types of issues have caused you problems with weight loss efforts in the past?

I cannot believe you guys are going to charge me $50 for being sick to cancel my appointment. Sure, it's after 24 hours but 24 hours ago I wasnt sick. To avoid the fee, you guys would set up a telehealth appointment ok? The point is I'm sick. Very sick. I'm on my way to the doctors office to get tested for COVID and am in no way, shape or form feeling well enough for even that but you want me to some how be coherent enough to still do a telehealth appointment. I am disgusted that you guys are trying to make a profit on members of the community who are sick, especially during a pandemic

I'd rate this place lower if Yelp had a ZERO rating. The no appointments necessary sign at the door is a lie. The customer service at the front desk is horrible. Don't waste your time here, they don't care to help those in need.

I spent a fair amount of time as a patient of Perma Mental Health. Good fit if your problems are outpatient and mild. Any of the professionals there could do basic prescription management to the standard of their peers.

Helps to have above average quality insurance or personal wealth. But in their defense, they are a business and it's money that matters to a business.

If you can afford them, and you don't really need them that badly, you'll probably be just fine.

I am quite fond of the person that was the owner and lead medical doctor when I was there, Alex Wills. No such

I have a lot of negative things I could post about this place but I will say the best thing about them is the nurse practitioner, Shannon. She cares about her patients and really listens. Shannon showed me that she cares more about patients getting well than $. Basically the 4 stars are because she's amazing.

This was the worst experience I've ever had with any medical practice. As a new patient, the doctor didn't have my medical records yet. The first session, all he did was type on his laptop. He said hardly anything except to hand me two new prescriptions. I was not in-network with St. Als. so he could not have possibly pulled my med records before prescribing two drugs that, as I read in the pharmacy insert, people with my medical history should not take these drugs. WHO prescribes drugs for someone whose health conditions are unknown to him. Then it got worse. The next session, I mentioned

Dr. Wills is a complete quack. He knows nothing about medications. He spent the whole appointment eating peanuts and listening to himself talk. I would send no one I care about there.

Dr Wills is awesome. He is compassionate, engaged, and knowledgeable about current treatments. I'd give more stars if I could! Every once in a while I'll have to iron out some snafus with the receptionists but usually that's insurance's fault (or my own). These guys are great. I know how hard it seems to be to find a good doctor!

I've had two appointments so far. The first was with Tyler as a new patient and I had a wonderful experience. It would be 5 stars if it wasn't for Doug. Doug did my genetic testing appointment and he was horrible. It's made me 100% doubt whether or not it's worth seeing Tyler again or if he's just going to turn on me too. In fact, Doug has me doubting whether or not I should continue counseling or handling my mental health at all, and if I should just give up entirely, since "it's not impossible, but extremely hard to be anything except copies of your parents

Bad business. I scheduled an appointment and canceled the day before due to not having childcare and received a $50 no show fee over a month later? I did not sign anything, give insurance information or any other personal data. I was not given a notice of upcoming appt either BECAUSE I CANCELED!!! Very disappointed in their business values; individuals come to psychologists for mental and emotional help. I'm sure it makes potential clients feel real good when you take food off their table for whatever miss communication happened on your end.
