I just called them and can't believe what she quoted me and then hung up on me as I stammered in disbelief. I asked to replace just the outside rubber tread of 2 tires for an adult bike and she asked if including installation and I said yes. She quoted me $110 and hung up on me? You've got to be freaking kidding me! The bike shop on CR 210 charged me $35 to replace one tire! I guess I will stick with them!

My mountain bike's rear suspension had come apart and as a Christmas gift my daughter brought my mountain bike there to get it fixed and do the $100 tune up. A lady from the store came out and looked at the bike in my SUV and said she'd have no idea where to get the necessary part. I told my daughter to bring it back home. Just got around to checking the bike last weekend. I'm the least handy guy you'll ever meet and I had it fixed in 10 minutes after watching a 5 minute Youtube video. All the parts where there. Just needed to screw it back together. Not sure what part she was talking about.

So so on service and staff demeanor. Took bike in for tune up and picked up bike and when I got home had really really squeaky brakes. Brought it back they recommended upgrade brake pads which was fine. Came back third time and the senior technician said it's good and I asked if they checked it and they said yes. Low and behold took it outside and even worse than b4. Tracey I believe is owner with the husband as service technician . He grabbed the bike rolled his eyes, mumbled something under his breath and went back to fix it. Tracey on the other hand was apologetic and professional. Brought

I was looking for a bike and visited another bike store in the area. The person at that store didn't give me the time of day. I am a tall women and needed help finding a bike that fit me. I went to Bikes Kites and More and the women that worked with me was wonderful. She had me try a few different bikes and listened to what I was saying. She finally said, I think I know what you need. I have one that I think will work but I need to put it together. Come in tomorrow and try it. I did and it was perfect. I've been riding it for 6 months now I love it. This is the first bike I have had that fits me

I haven't owned a bike in 10 years. I brought my bike in and had it tuned up. I noticed that there was an issue with the bike after they addressed the bike. It turned out that the bike came from the manufacturer with a defective axel in the rear wheel. They helped me straighten and fix it at no additional cost. I would recommend them to everyone who has a bike or plans on getting one.

We were traveling to St. Augustine and needed a kite! A quick Google search led us here and we couldn't be more happy! This shop is great! Very helpful! They offer many different bikes, apparel, and YES even kites!

Bought 2 mountain bikes several years ago and just bought my son a bike from there. I looked up all three bikes online a couldn't beat the price anywhere. Seems they deal in mid to high-end bikes. All bikes I got had quality parts as standard which was nice. Its a smaller operation so the service is more personal which is a nice change from my typical Amazon order or publix visit. Going back to get a bike for my wife.

Great service! Knowledgeable and quick to repair my bike. Had been riding my Day 6 bike in 1 gear for the last week or so. When the shops opened up I stopped by and they were able to replace the gears in 1 day. Very reasonable

Great experience with bike purchase! I came in a few times and they listened to me, gave honest advice and made recommendations. They did a great job explaining everything and I was never pressured into a sale. The third time I came back I was trying to decide between two different bikes so I asked them to come down a bit on the price to meet my budget so I could get the bike I wanted. They even threw in a water bottle holder for free. It was the easiest sales process I've been through in awhile. Love their customer service and 1 year maintenance on new bikes. Definitely recommend this shop.

When we moved to Florida, we made it a priority to buy bikes for 3 of our 4 family members. The owner Tracy was extremely knowledgeable in helping me select a bike (haven't had one in 20 years) that fit the purpose of my wanting a bike and also for each of my sons. There was no pushy sales or upsell...and she really listened. Repairs have been done quickly and she's always there to ask advice. Since then I've bought a bike for my Dad and rented a tricycle for my Mom and gotten loads of accessories. Great Customer Service, thanks Tracy!

Based on previous reviews, was leery, but it was the closest place to my house.... Once there met a delightful business woman (sadly, I forgot her name) who not only fixed my tire for only $15 in less than 5 minutes, but walked me through options on a bike rack (bummer... I either need a new car or a trailer hitch to make one work) and was a delightful knowledgeable person - Hope I don't get another flat - but if I do, I'll be back...Any when it's time to switch cars, be back for a rack and to trade in our mountain bikes on some beach cruisers!!!

Stay away: Overpriced. Poor repairs. The last 2-3 times we have taken our bikes here the service has been very costly for minor tweaks and repairs.

While the person who operates the shop is quite nice the QUALITY and SERVICE is poor at best.

Do yourself a favor and go someone else rather than overpaying for sub-par service.

Recently moved to the area and needed a few upgrades to my bike, the staff spent a good deal of time discussing my needs, suggesting various options and ultimately completed my desired upgrades.

Truly helpful and interested in my needs as a cyclist! Will definitely be back!

I had an issue with my bike and the chain kept falling off. It's a gear bike so it is a little more complicated than i am used to. I took it in to bikes kites and more and they figured out what was wrong and they had my bike fixed in less than an hour. If you have any problems with your bike go to bikes kites and more. THANK YOU SO MUCH BIKES KITES AND MORE!!!!!

I'm not sure how they hope to make any business if they treat all their customers like they treated me. I'm an avid biker but the lady in there treated me like I didn't know anything about life when I asked her a simple question about pumps. Her tone through the entire transaction was curt and condescending. I asked her very nicely if she wouldn't mind letting me fill up my tires in the meantime (something most shops will do for free) and she wanted to charge me for it. I declined her offer and she said something in a very rude tone about being a business. I'd rather buy

Just continue to get great service from them. Had issues with a "big store" bike we bought my son. Went here to buy him a new bike and owner actually bought the other one from us ! My son also got a Penny Board from them that is really great. They also work on wife's road bikes and always do a feast job. Love them !

Took 2 bikes to have new tires out on. Was quoted $200 for everything. Went to pick up bikes and charged me $413.00! They claimed to have done a "tune-up" which I never asked for and dirt was still in components leading me to believe that a tune up was done. How can you do a service and make me pay when I never requested it? Then when I questioned them, they re-stated to say it was a "labor charge" of $180.00 to put ties on a bike! This place is a rip off! Stay away from this place.

Took my daughter's bike in for repair after she managed to mangle the entire derailleur and chain into the rear spokes. I wasn't looking to spend a lot of money repairing a fairly inexpensive bike, but I couldn't leave my kiddo without her wheels. The folks here were very helpful from the second they saw me pull in. The quickly addressed the problem and asked questions to make sure they were not going overboard on new parts. The bike was repaired the next day for a fraction of what I expected to pay. They called to let me know it was ready and it was clean and ready to roll

Although the name doesn't inform you of this, you can find some really great skateboard accessories and supplies here in this shop.

What's really cool is that they can kit up a whole custom board set up for you for only $110.00!! That is less than a lot of premium pre-made boards at retail cost. Now being the mother of a skateboarding kid, buying a premium board is a waste of time for my industrious son. He always deconstructs the board and re-kits it with his own custom fittings. So I love that this company puts everything together for you for FREEEEEEE (whoo hoo!) AND you pick
