Great staff! John and Zooey were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and, enthusiastic. They truly wanted to assist me in finding the best bike for me, and, for my needs.
Neither pressured me in any way, and, neither pushed any extra products on me. Prices were less than other bike stores and other places that sell bikes. Also, they offer free service forever!
All in all, it was an amazing experience! My husband and I were extremely pleased! We give them 5 stars across the board!

You can buy a decent beach cruiser here but don't take it back for servicing because they are the most unprofessional as they come...and I'm not sure if they actually know how to fix bikes. You're supposed to get free servicing if you buy a bike here, but it appears that you'll be last on the fix-it list. My bike is about 4 yrs old and needed some basic cleaning and lubing of crank and hubs...but they said it didn't need it after having it for a week and doing nothing but tightening the chain. I said that I wanted it done regardless and they reiterated that it didn't need it but maybe they'd get

We went to the shop on a Saturday and it was busy as all get out. Even so, Miles really hustled around to help everyone who came into the shop. Even ppl looking for what they don’t offer, he tried to offer advice or alternatives. We wanted low end bikes to get a little fresh air. This shop has an excellent selection, and a lot in stock. They were selling bikes like hot cakes, but took time to answer all questions and help with anything we wanted. Also saw a bike mechanic there too, and several ppl stopped in for repairs. Excellent choice

What's left of my bike... If youre going to buy a Mango in Jax Beach from these guys, be sure to throw a GPS on it... It'll somehow wander it's way back to this store by itself & resold to the next unsuspecting customer. The only way you should cruise in Jax Beach is with a used non-Mango rider, that's the only way to guarantee it wont end up back here.

I love our bikes that we purchased. We had a tire issue and they fixed it no problem. My only issue is that we have had problems with the gears on one of our bikes since we bought it. They have repaired it free of charge twice, but it is broken again. I have called the shop every single day, three times a day for the past week, but no one ever answers the phone. I would love for someone to answer or be able to leave a message and have someone call me back.

Great local shop. I have made several purchases here including a bike and accessories. The staff is always friendly and very helpful. They are quick to help no matter your need. I swung by earlier this morning because my back tire was a little out of line. With no questions asked, they had it in the straightened out and I was back on the road in about 5 minutes.
They have a great selection of mango bikes from entry level to high end electric bikes (still haven't figured out why you need a bicycle with a motor but that's a different topic for a different day). I highly recommend this

Bought 2 nice Mango beach cruisers for my wife and self. Excellent service from Miles - He's really nice and helpful and very knowledgeable.
Great price on these quality bikes. Immediately took them out for an extended ride. These are great for the road or beach. I'm 6'3" and this bike doesn't make me feel cramped. Highly recommend this shop and these Mango cruisers.

They were very nice while we were buying the bike. However we returned a couple weeks later to have the brakes fixed. Should've been under warranty but we were accused of damaging it. Just wasn't the case. The manager, Myles, lost control of himself when he called my 10 year old a blabbermouth and my husband a f*ggot!!!

I have been going to this bike shop since 1999 and they have always been helpful and professional. I bought a bicycle and many accessories over the years. Less than a year ago I had to replace my bicycle seat. They convinced me to buy one that was more expensive due to its comfort and durability. I keep the bike in the garage all the time and ride it around the neighborhood about once a month. Recently the seat ripped and is falling apart. I took it back to the shop. This shop is very convenient for me as it is close to my house. I have purchased about a dozen bikes from them along with accessories for all of them. They are always great when it comes to selling. I have a slight problem with one of my bikes. I wanted to bring it in to be repaired but don't want to be without it for too long. Where this shop… is failing greatly is that they do not have the ability to give you specific times they will work on your bike. One person told me 2-3 days and then another person told me 3-5 days. Cycle Spectrum is a shop where you don't need to feel intimidated or pressured. They are professional knowledgeable and genuinely helpful at any level of cycling.
We would not use anyone else for our cycling needs.
We have been to other places that treated us badly because we were not Tour deFrance riders. We are just more conservative. These Guys are wonderful to work with and dependable.

Outstanding service! I bought my son a bike online and needed it assembled. When we arrived they had received a shipment of bikes, but did not hesitate to take care of us right away. They let us know that the bike would be ready the next day and that seemed more than reasonable considering the time of day and the amount of bikes they had just received, but they must've been swayed by my sons sad face because they called me just short of two hours later to say that it was ready. The bike looks great and we found our go-to place for our bicycle needs.
