We are extremely upset, we cant get the broker to call us back, to email us back. Its been 6 months, and 2 months since the last time she emailed us. I call every day and shes never there, or they tell us she no longer has an extension. Can someone explain this to us.
The worst broker. Never again.

TERRIBLE! They were late to pick up a pallet for delivery to convention they were even later to deliver it. Then they took the money paid them via Uship and just kept it not paying UPS the carrier they contracted to pick it up. So they are thieves too as the took $675 and ran. The only thing they did was call UPS and stick me with the bill the easiest $675 they probably made that week.

My stuff arrived like trash, my new furniture all broken in pieces, stratched, really really bad.
I contacted the Owner MARCELA ALONSO, she never responded to my phone calls, emails and claims!!! She never picks up the phone, somebody always answers for her. They message is that she is always on the phone, in a meeting, out of the office, but never available to talk!
They are a joke! please save yourself a huge headache, this people are the worst ever and THEY KNOW IT!
