CRIMINAL. I brought my truck in for oil change and inspection for a handful of things. Only 1 thing being important. I was told it was $110 for inspection + oil change. $560 later and wouldn’t release my truck without full payment. THEY DIDNT EVEN FIX ANYTHING FOR THIS PRICE. On the invoice I was actually charged $20 for them to diagnose “replace rear brake light”, they didn’t replace it for $20, they diagnosed it for $20. Most absurd thing I’ve ever heard of. STAY AWAY

My husband brought his truck in to get fixed. They took apart the vehicle to assess what my husband needed fixed and broke something else along the way, which we then had to pay for. My husband has had to access that part of his truck before and understands that when wrenching on a vehicle it's not always a good idea to yank and pull on things that you don't have experience with. And after talking to friends about this place, we discovered they're overpriced. If you're an older customer and have an older car, these guys might be more up your alley.

Dont bring your car here. I needed my engine replaced around Christmas. I didn't get my car back until February. Then 4 days later that engine went out and they tried saying it was because i drove it so much that the oil went through the car too fast. Now i have to not only replace the coils but the pcm also. Mind you these are the original manufactured coils so they didnt even put new ones on. The check engine light came on the day after i picked the car up from them. In the end i had to send in the pictures and information to the warranty company and belair still wanted to charge me with their

We have taken our cars to Bel Air for a few years now and we have always had a positive experience. We have always felt their repairs and prices are fair, they are fast, and service is good. You always get a call once they diagnose the issues, they go over pricing, and willing to give you options. We always drop off at night and I get a call the next morning with the diagnosis - they are quick!

The guys at Bel Air are great. I've had a starting issue with my Jeep for about 2 years, taken it multiple places with no success and these guys finally diagnosed it correctly and fixed it. They even put extra gas in my car before I picked it up. I would recommend this place to anyone and will for sure be a repeat customer.

When I tell you I have received the best customer service ever it is from Bel Air Auto Service. They have been servicing our cars for less than a year and they are amazing. Always great customer service and they are very knowledgeable. They are honest too and I love it. Please go see them for your car problems.
