This place was great. Got towed there on a Sunday, and they immediately took care of me the next day. Reasonable/ great price for quick service. I appreciate them as it was a last minute addition and they took such great care of me! Great service!

THE 4.7 stars for their service is VERY MISLEADING ! They can say what they want but when a auto shop charges you $1K for a BREAK JOB , TRUST ME they’re trying to get over on you ! I can honestly say my brakes were bad but not $1000 bad. Went somewhere else instantly save 300 easy my brake are GREAT NOW !

Cody left me stranded on a holiday weekend because he couldn't mention that they would closed for an extended fourth of July weekend. I had my car towed there after my alternator went out. Five conversations and Cody never mentioned they wouldn't be open the next day (Friday). So I will be without a car for nearly a week just because they couldn't mention very important information. Beyond being severely inconvenienced, they have completely lost my trust. If you can't remember to mention your holiday hours how can I expect them to mentioned important details with my vehicle

They have left me stranded on a holiday weekend because they failed to mention they would be closed for an extended holiday weekend. This visit (second total) I never went to the shop prior to trying to pick it up (it was towed). Not once in the five phone conversations with them did they mention I wouldn't be able to get my car the next day (Friday), even when explaining they might not be able to finish it Thursday. My holiday weekend in turn has been ruined, and all of my plans have to be cancelled or rescheduled. This is beyond inconvenient in the middle of moving. As a single mom, with one

Northeast Automotive is my go-to place for car repairs on the NE side. They give you an honest assessment of the job, accurate estimates and get the job done..and done right. I will be a repeat customer for my car repair needs. Update 9.18.21: Just had brakes done, fit me in same day and did a great job as usual. Still highly recommend!!

Terrible service with BS excuses. I didn't have two visits. I made an appointment a week in advance and dropped it off at 8am the day of the appointment. At 2pm you called to tell me the oxygen sensor was bad and asked if I wanted it replaced. I already new it was bad. As I told you, Advance Auto parts diagnosed it. I brought it to you for replacement. At 5pm I called to check on the status and was told you needed to keep it overnight and that it would be ready first thing in the morning. At noon the following day I again called to check on it and was told that a mechanic was working on it as we

This place rocks! I've been taking our vehicles here for almost six years now for service and unplanned repairs. The folks here are easy to deal with, they do excellent work on your vehicle, they look for ways to get the repairs done more economically, and often times the repairs end up costing me less than anticipated. I highly recommend Northeast Automotive. Friendly service, great work, and good value.

Awesome service and amazing people! I dropped my car off and was immediately asked if I needed a ride anywhere. Not many places offer sincere hospitality like this these days! When Cody called about the work that was needed to repair my vehicle, he was descriptive and explained what parts were needed and even what their functions are to the operation of the vehicle. I appreciate him taking the time to fully explain the work they were quoting. I will definitely be back for any and all car repairs.

The owners and mechanics at Northeast are amazing! I just moved to the area for school so driving home for car repairs wasn't always a viable option. After doing some research I found Northeast and decided I'd try here first. I'm so glad I did. After getting my struts and suspension replaced, I kept hearing a loud bang every time I hit a small bump. I took it back in and they caught a rusted ball joint that got overlooked and missed on the first inspection. They replaced the part for free as I had just spent a large sum for the first repairs and it was a mistake on their part that

My first experience here, but they have a customer for life. I had an A/C problem diagnosed at the dealership, but chose NE based on reviews. When I called to make the appt they spent a significant amount of time explaining what needed to be done and gave me a best case/worst case scenario based off the dealership diagnosis. When I brought my car in they found the dealership had been wrong and saved me over $800! Very honest and helpful!

We have taken both of our cars to Northeast a few times and we are very VERY pleased.
We recently moved to the area and it is so hard to find a good mechanic. We tried this place because it was close by and had good Google reviews.
The first time we called because we had just purchased a used car and the cruise control didn't work. We had no idea if it would be a big job or not. Cliff said to bring it in and he would look at it. He did and fixed it for free! He said he just had to re-hook something and it worked! That won us over! He could have told us it was $200 and we probably would have

Starting bringing my cars to Northeast Automotive a couple years ago simply because they are located close to my new home. Great service and good work. Cliff is an honest guy who will tell you the truth whether it's good or bad news. He and his guys do good wrok and get things done on time.
If Cliff tells youy a price, that's the price you will pay, he worked on my girlfriend's VW and quoted her a price, I think he ran into some part pricing issues because for at least 3 hours of labor he only ended up charging us $37 for the labor, just so he could keep his word on the price

I've taken several cars to Northeast and they are amazing! Very honest with their work. I brought my car in with what I thought was a brake problem and they said it was just rust and to drive the car more. It didn't cost me a thing and they were right! At a dealership just the inspection would've been $90 and they likely wouldn't have sent me away with a repair bill. Another time I needed a belt put on before a trip. I brought it in they fixed it while I waited and I was on my way. All the work they have done has been fantastic and they will answer any questions you have. Try

I'm always kinda leery about taking my truck in for service. I'm in Technology, so I can research any problem my truck can throw at me, and I've got a decent understanding of how all of the parts of my truck work. But there's still a lot of magic under the hood.
When Cliff explained what he thought was wrong with my truck, we connected on a "techy" level. He thinks like I think, and prefers to research and troubleshoot a problem rather than throw parts at it.
I'll be taking both of our vehicles to Northeast Automotive from now on.
