Bob is a very professional and honest mechanic. He was unable to find the issue with my car and refused to start fixing things that didn't need it like other garages would do. Most places would make you drop a ton of money and still not solve your problem. I will be taking my car here anytime in the future. Back to the tire shop to see if that's my problem because Bob ruled out every possibility except tires.

VERY impressed. I don't generally give reviews, but am so impressed with Bob's professionalism, and knowledge that I must. I didn't even know about North Park Auto Repair, until my car broke down in front of his place. I can do most of my own mechanical repairs, but some things just are better served by the pro's. Very fair price, and I'll go out of my way to have other vehicles repaired by Bob.

Had my vehicle in to North Park Auto next to Oggies the guy calls me back says it's this part it will be this much, I am not able to afford the price that was quoted went back to pick my vehicle up and took it to another repair place that a friend recommended, and found out the guys at North Park are not real honest...... Dont go here my vehicle had a loose cable and that was it!!!!!! sketchy at best!!!!!

Went here the older guy called me back and said this is what it is, this is how much, quote was wayyyyyy more than expected took my car somewhere else and an honest mechanic told me it was a loose cable cleaned ot up tightened it up and good to go!!! DO NOT GO HERE VERY DISHONEST!!!!!!!!!!!

They are not open on Saturday but we happen to have a blow out right by their business and he happen to be in the shop. He was extremely helpful by providing a block of wood and allowing us to pump up the donut we had put on. Thanks!!!

I love this shop! Bob is so kind to his customers. Been going to him for YEARS to get my car fixed. Never have I been to a mechanic that is so HONEST. I mean I can see now why he's been in business for so long, 40 plus years now? He is very patient and takes his time explaining, why, how, when, and what we can do to fix it. I recommend North Park Auto to all my friends and family. Bob is highly credited and certified in many extra things too. In my opinion that's the type of shop I'd like working on my car and I'll always be a loyal customer! Thank you Bob!
