We can assist you with a variety of insurance products including but not limited to Auto, Home, Renters, Life, Health & Small Business insurance.

While our office is nestled between Phoenix and Scottsdale, we help customers across the Arizona area in communities including Arcadia, Chandler, Tempe, & Mesa. I moved to Phoenix Arizona from Connecticut in 1980 where I established my State Farm Agency. I have been to six of the seven continents and 41 of the 50 states!

WORST insurance agent ever. He is NEVER available to reach. Good luck getting any type of response. His demeanor is just plain disrespectful, and he could care less about any of his clients. I have filed a formal complaint with State Farm against Tom Prezkop for his negligence!

I've been a client of Tom's for almost 30 years, and have stayed because of the excellent service. Tom has been very helpful over the years in making certain that we have the coverage we need (and no more), at making certain we have the appropriate discounts, and at providing us with options. He's also very responsive when we have had to make a claim or have a question. Highly recommend!

A friend referred me to Tom Prezkop for insurance. My insurance rates went up and I was looking to save money. I ended up switching my home and auto insurance to Tom's agency. He saved me $1,640 in insurance premiums and the coverage is better than what I was getting!!!

Had Tom at State Farm for over 25 years. I moved last year called the office to switch my insurance to new property. Found out 8 months later they didn't cancel my policy on old property then refused to give me my money back. I then cancelled all 4 of my policies a month later they only cancelled 2 of then with no explanation. Six weeks went by finally got then to cancel 1 of the 2. They are now claiming they don't know why the other isn't cancelled. Every time I call they seem confused and disinterested. I don't think anybody working there qualifies for the position for which

I started with Tom in 1995 and have been stable with them since. I have had only one claim I can remember, on my homeowners, when the condensate pan under the AC evaporator in the attic flooded and I had a 10 square foot hole in the ceiling. The agent in Atlanta, Ms. Snow, worked with me and did return my calls. I paid the first $2000 and she provided checks for the balance. I had never made a claim and did not understand the process very well.
As for those who complain about response time from the office, i pay every six months by mail to Tempe or Dallas. So I have not needed to call the office

I've been a customer with Tom Prezkop's office since 2008. I am very disappointed in their customer service since Adam left this office. I have already changed our Car Insurance and Homeowners Insurance Policies to another agent because I refuse to deal with their less than superior customer service anymore. They rarely answer the phones at this office so plan to leave a voice mail. I am lucky to get a return call and if they take the time to return my call it's often right before they close. Well things started off good, I was with this office over a year, then the service took a downturn in the last couple of months to the point I decided to change agents. Couldn't get anyone to answer the phone in the office it just went straight to voicemail during normal business hours after multiple attempts in the same day to reach someone. I left a message that I was calling to make a payment mid-day. I got a return call from Pam at 4:45 pm that same day, at a time which wasn't exactly convenient for me to talk to her. Absolute worst! Where do I start? I was a loyal and timely customer for years, but I hope Susan never has to file a claim or need ACTUAL assistance because that is when reality hits. No return phone calls and or e-mails. The male office employee, his name evades me at the moment but I want to say it was Adam behaved in a way that I can only describe as heinous. Do yourself a favor and call this State Farm office! Adam Carter and Tom Prezkop are very professional and extremely knowledgeable insurance agents. They are quick to respond to your emails and phone calls. They go out of their way to help you.
My husband and I have our homeowners and auto insurance with them.
