This a fantastic dental practice, serving our family for many years. Jena is a highly skilled dentist, and she is also so welcoming, patient, and calm. I can’t recommend her enough, and I feel so lucky that she’s looking after our family’s teeth - we are in excellent hands!

Great dentist surgery. Clean, modern treatment rooms. Appointments normally run on time. Friendly reception staff and most importantly, the dentists and hygienists listen to you regarding any concerns and are understanding and reassuring. I used to be a nervous dental patient but now feel very safe and confident in their hands. Highly recommend.

My children are teenagers and have been to this practice since they were very small and they actually enjoy their visits! Caroline Vaz is our dentist and she is absolutely brilliant & really takes time to explain everything she is doing and with her advice. This is a friendly and helpful practice, they have always made us feel cared for and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I couldn’t want more from our local dentist. The new hygienist was great - a perfect balance of friendly and professional. The surgery has all the latest equipment so you feel really looked after. My kids love it here too - one has to visit regularly as she has no enamel on her back teeth and they have worked so hard to make her comfortable that she looks forward to her visits now. All their back office stuff works really well too which is great as it doesn’t always these days! Reminders to book appointments (when due) are all standard and the mandatory covid questionnaire before your visit

My experience of being treated by Dr Dipen at Park Dental over many years has been overwhelmingly positive. He takes a huge amount of care to get to know his patient and is always pragmatic in his approach to treatment options.
I’ve felt in the very best hands during any dental procedure, being guided through each step and put at ease by his calm manner. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a highly skilled and trustworthy dentist.

My dental treatment from Jena AL-Bazi has genuinely been exceptional. I've had loads of issues with my teeth, and have moved dentists a number of times in the past as work has needed to be re-done etc, but since I've been with Jena I haven't looked back. She has done my implants and crowns, as well as general check-ups etc, and it has been done to a high degree of perfection. I've been really happy with the results, and couldn't recommend her more highly

Caroline has been my dentist for a number of years, and I can honestly say she is amazing! She is very attentive, thorough and immediately puts you at ease. I have had various fillings, root-canal treatment and crown repairs - I can't stress just how good of a service I receive.
Regarding the Park clinic, it is highly covid-safe, with numerous measures in place, it is extremely clean as you would expect. The whole team are polite and helpful and if you are looking for a new dentists, rest assured - The Park Dental Clinic is where to come.

Delighted with my teeth whitening results to correct a calcified tooth. Didn't hurt and received excellent aftercare service from Dr Jena - as always!! Wish I did it years ago!!

I have been going to this location for all my dental needs (except whitening although they do provide that too) literally my entire adult life. I didn't have dental insurance for almost 10 years so I just never went, and when I got it again I came here due to the location. I have always had excellent care, perfect cleanings and when I had to have 10 cavities filled (I know..) it actually wasn't nearly as painful as I remembered them being as a kid. I have kept my hygienist and I refuse to see anyone else because she's 10/10 (ask for Mai) and my dentist here is Anna Riester- so awesome

This is a fantastic Dental, its been long since I had my teeth cleaned by professionals, my hygienist, Julie was great, looking forward to get my teeth cleaned here, she makes sure your teeth are clean. Francesca is very comforting and entertaining while I'm getting injected to get my teeth numb ( Not my favorite part, hurts a lil- a drop of tear came out) but you get distracted from the pain that you are experiencing. Front desk is good, I didn't get her name but she was pleasant to deal with, she knows her customer and Kathleen is affable and pretty communication/ approachable.

At my mom's last dental appointment (not at Park Dental), her dentist informed her that she was at risk for gum disease and tooth decay. Her dentist proposed that she removed the infected tooth all together and replacing it with a new one. The estimated cost, with insurance, was $10,000.

Afraid of losing her tooth, she asked a friend what to do. Her friend referred her to Park Dental at LaSalle Plaza, particularly Dr. Chris Fondell. Thankfully, she was able to schedule an appointment

If you can help it, do NOT go to Dr. Fondell. I just had the worst (and disappointing) experience with Park Dental when I tried to reschedule my appointment. I got a threatening voicemail from the receptionist and was scrutinized for having an unexpected schedule change. There is no flexibility. On top of that, he rubs my shoulder/ arm during appointments as a calming method - making things very uncomfortable. Never have felt so icky about a dentist until Dr. Fondell. I see the other reviews support my opinion as well.

The hygienist was awesome- very friendly and good at listening. The cleaning was thorough. I was able to get in quickly and the dentist was also very professional and easy to understand

I was shopping around for a new dentist that was walking distance from my work. Not going to lie, I was lured to Park Dental by the free sonicare incentive.

First appointment, Fondell took xrays and deemed it necessary for me to get a filling. I thought this was odd since my regular dentist (who I saw 6 months prior) hadn't mentioned anything and I expressed this to him. He fumbled through showing me teeth xrays, that I as a non dental professional do not understand, making the case for why it was needed

Wow, what an amazing place! I just moved into the area not too long ago and was looking for a new place to transfer. What a great choice. Such friendly staff...everyone's smiling, so nice. Everyone was so thorough with information and even pointed me in the right direction for insurance questions. Fantastic!

I really can't say enough about Dr. Fondell and the Park Dental office, in the ways that matter. It is a relatively small shop, so they don't have much in way of creature comforts. What they lack in stuff that just drives up costs to patients, they more than make up for in quality patient care.

I had a crown fracture on me Friday afternoon. Not only was Dr. Fondell's office the only dentist in town I could find not on three-day weekend, but the staff got me in for an initial screening at 7:00AM that next Monday. By that Wednesday, I had a new temporary crown. The temporary crown

The hygienist are great. It would be nice if the doctors actually spent time with their patients instead of driving by! And the admin staff lack customer service especially to people of color (particularly this tall blonde/dirty blonde woman)!

I have to say that the care I've gotten at Park Dental is great. Their office is comfortable and modern, and the dentists and technicians and receptionists are all nice. BUT I am giving it a low star-value because it is almost impossible to get them to follow up in any way. The first instance of communication disconnect came when I was on my way to an appointment one morning (riding the bus, actually) when I received a call that their computers had crashed and they had to cancel my appointment (no digital x-rays = no fillings, apparently). That's all fine--but in the message they also

I loved this place until I was charged a ridiculous amount of money for a canceled appointment. I understand that companies charge people for dipping out on appointments, but there should be a bit of leniency in certain situations.

So I woke up early on a Monday morning with flu symptoms and immediately called Park Dental to cancel the appointment I had that afternoon. The receptionist informed me that I would be charged a fee for the last minute cancellation. I couldn't believe they were actually going to charge me. I had been going there for over a year, I woke up with the flu that morning

Only come here if you want unnecessary procedures done. I had never had any problems with my teeth, came in for a cleaning to this place and they found "2 cavities." They wanted to charge a fortune so I got a second opinion and they saw no cavities in the locations that Park Dental told me they were. Horrible. Only out for money.

This is not the place you should go if you are looking to watch TV or play video games while you get a filling or check up. However, if you are looking for a place who cares about your teeth and don't try to screw you over with unnecessary work, then you should go here!

I've been coming here for a couple years now and once, after I got a filling, my teeth kept on bothering me and my dentist was nice enough to look at it a few different times, without ever charging me.... BTW it ended up being nothing just my teeth not being able to settle or something.. but it was still nice of her
