I was quite disappointed with the level of unprofessionalism of the movers. They were constantly chatting on the phone and spending some period of time idling in the truck. It greatly extended the moving time which resulted in an excess amount of money being spent. It’s quite unfair to customers to be used in that way and it was very obvious that it was their plan to do just that. Greatly disappointed
