I’ve been going to Dr. Spind for about 16 years. At one point I had to switch doctors because of insurance reasons but, when I switched insurances again I went right back to Dr. Spind. He’s always taken good care of me and I can truly tell he wants what is best for my eyes. I can only assume that he is that way with all of his patients. I will continue to use him for as long as possible. Also, the staff at the front desk are very professional and get things done quickly. Overall I have only had positive experiences here.

While the staff was excellent, Dr. Spind was rude and condescening. He does not like questions and over corrected all of us. When I asked if my youngest needed glasses he stammered "I told you he did!" We ordered him glasses. 6 months later, we went and got copies of his prescription and he gave him a +0.5. Need? No. My progressives are a disaster. I cannot see my dashboard when driving. My husband's glasses don't work for him either and he went back to get them corrected and they still never worked for driving. My daughter just went to a new eye doctor and she was overcorrected like we thought

Dr. Spind and his staff were so friendly and professional. I needed progressives for the first time and they took the time to show me how to see best out of them, and to give myself a few days to adjust to them. They told me to call them or come back in if I needed anything. I really appreciate the exceptional care I received.

Dr Spind is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and takes the time to answer all questions. The testing he does to ensure my eyeglass and contact lens prescription is accurate comes across as much more thorough than I've experienced with previous eye doctors. I also appreciate that they are always able to provide a sample contact lens if I run into a bind, such as running out of a particular lens early, or while I am waiting for my order to arrive.
