Great location and excellent customer service. Great manager who listens to her customers and responds in a professional manner. I really like that every time I go to the wash it only takes a few minutes to get through the wash and on with your day, no matter how busy they are.

The car wash was very rough and my car's rear wiper arm broke during the wash. I filled a form at the cash lane and was told someone will contact me for reimbursing but none called yet. Costed me about 120 dollars for installing a new wiper arm. My car is escape 2020 and if you have one please avoid this car wash.

Visited MKE area for an event and tried out this car wash during our stay, not impressed. With the $18 platinum wash there was a lot of soap left on the car after coming out of the dryers, and all around the vehicle was still drenched. We always bring towels with us because it’s inevitable, you’re going to have some dripping water and little soap in the crevices of the door/trunk. But this was everywhere. Very disappointing for a wash that expensive.

I've been a member since they opened. I understand Coast is now under new ownership. My credit card was charged 3 times so far in January for my membership. I called them when the 2nd charge came within a week of the first. After 4 calls they called me back. Promised they would refund the double charge. So far they have not. In fact, I was charged a third time. Check your emails and credit card statements. They do not respond right away and inconveniently there is never a supervisor there to help me with this issue. Because of this I'm ending my membership.

Efficient car wash, you remain in the vehicle, single wash and options to purchase packages for multiple washes. The dryers are a bit too fast for a medium size SUV or larger vehicle but I felt it did a good job, ridding my vehicle of the dreaded road salt brought by Winter road conditions. Major Credit Cards accepted here as well as cash. Vacuum cleaners are available although I did not need to use them at this visit so I cannot speak to their operation.

Went through the car wash today. Platinum package $18 and my car was dirty. The hood of the car had smears of dirt from the blue large washer strips that come across the top of the car. It seems those blue strips are dirty and need to be cleaned. I did call after the first wash and they let me go through again but it was not any better so the blue strips than run over the top of car must need cleaning. The air dryers do not run very long. It also seems to be very fast car wash it took only 25 sec for the wash. I have been to other washes and they are timed longer during the wash and rinse

I went thru the wash in August. My passenger mirror flew off of the vehicle during the automatic wash. They found my mirror in the wash, now with a broken clip (no damage done prior). I let the workers know who were very polite and took down my info for a complaint. The manager called back, and looked thru the video, emailed me a copy of my mirror sailing thru the wash, but "because it happened in their drying tunnel, it is not covered." The force in which the mirror went sailing is amazing. I have the video, but it won't let me post. Very disappointed in their handling of this issue.

I have been going to coastal car wash for a year. Even had him membership for a while during the winter. It always done an exceptional job. I stop by one day and it didn’t clean my tires very well and I said something to the attendant and she went on to tell me how my car was messed up! I have an Audi all road that just has 11,000 miles on it and just got back from the Audi dealership from being maintenance three weeks earlier!Then I called the office and told them what was happening. Worst customer service and I didn't ask nor need help. They employ young teenagers with bad attitudes who don't know how to treat customers. They have a self-pay where I usually go to avoid their annoying staff, but now they employ people to stand next to the kiosk in case they need help. I don't have to explain how stupid this is, and how it just defeats the purpose of the kiosk.
Imagine going to the ATM or self checkout with someone standing next to it attempting to explain how it works, it's features, and how to operate it when you come there at least once a week.

First timer and the cashier wasn't very helpful. Just pointed at a card and rambled through the cost of each level and the membership. When I asked if someone would be available, the cashier appeared indifferent. My car was marginally dry after the wash. Vacuums were fine. Not much different than anyplace else. Overall, it was below average, though not terrible.

First time here at this brand new car wash. I normally wouldn't review a first time experience but this place is outstanding. New technology; totally state of the art.
After your wash, go to the large parking area with at least a couple dozen spaces to park your car, if you want to detail, that is very utile and includes free vacuuming in every spot!
The location is also a Kwik Trip gasoline station.
