Great job. My laptop had stopped charging. Diagnosed needed a new battery. Ordered part for me, kept in touch with the order, let me know when it had arrived. Slight problem when picked it up but this was resolved so quickly and dropped to my house later! Amazing service, very happy, would recommend to anyone :)

The staff is very knowledgeable and I know I can trust them with any technical project we might have. Everything was good up until it was time bring the my companies pc back. We arraigned and agreed to a time of 9 am. At 9 am the tech said I’ll be 30 min late. Ok. That’s fine. At 9:30 I texted him and asked for his location. Not only did he say we have other clients but that they were busy. It is now 10 am and they are not here. I called to speak to someone else about out and got the same we’re busy response. Completely unprofessional. I would not use them again. 404 computer repair in Marietta is much better.
