I have been using Big Fish's expertise for years. I am not naturally a technology proficient person. I'm the type of person who puts my laptop in the refrigerator when it isn't working and makes me angry. Thankfully, Big Fish has been there to help fix any problems I encounter.

I have had an excellent experience with Big Fish Technology. Initially they provided excellent guidance on what hardware I needed for my new office. As I encounter unexpected issues with technology Big Fish Support is quick to call back and follow through with each inquiry. I can endorse them wholeheartedly. It's a great company to have on your side and I believe a great value for the dollar.
