After years of working with another “tech company” and getting average service at best, we decided to try a different company.
Brad and his technician showed up a few minutes before their scheduled appointment time, took care of the problem, charged a very fair price, and even followed up the next week to make sure everything was continuing to work smoothly.

We have been using Brad and his "Real Tech" team for over five years and have always been happy with the level of service they have provided. He has grown from a "stand alone tech guy" into a "complete solution tech company".
I love knowing that I always have them on standby with my managed plan to help me. For example, my daughter lost a term paper and was able to reach their help desk after 9PM in which they logged in and found the document! (We also use them at our office.)
So if you need a professional, prompt, and knowledgeable tech company this is the wonderful company you should use!

I have let our IT languish for years I am sad to say. Too many bad experiences, too much money.
HOWEVER the team at RTS took this mess (see before picture) and turned it into a highly organized rack (see after picture) and we are extremely happy we called them after getting a referral from another business.
I now have them working on a 17 item to do list to catch up our IT in the rest of the office as well as our home based employees. They are extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable--not to mention professional and timely! Thank you.

Super job. We had another IT company simply walk off the job as we didn't have a "meeting of the minds" in regards to the project getting completed. We were calling company after company that were either too busy or didn't return the messages we left. We got a real person at Real Tech Solutions and actually sent someone out the same day and had it completed in less than 2 days. The other company was going to take 5 so thank you to Ben and Brad for a job well done.

What a relief to know I have these guys on standby whenever I have a tech issue. I have been able to call the owner, Brad, at 9PM at night with a question and he will either answer or get back with me first thing the next day. I have used them now for my home and business and have given them several referrals and have never heard anything bad. Whether it be a laptop repair, desktop purchase, technology question, or even help mounting a projector there has never been anything that they have not been able to help us with since we started using them in 2015! THANK YOU!

We have 20 plus computers put together in a random way of the past several years in our two offices. In addition, we have 5 mobile laptops. Nothing has ever worked right. Even with three different local "IT companies". However, Brad was able to get everything "talking" together and has been humming perfectly now for the past 6 months and just signed a 12 month extension. Bottom line if you are having tech issues and no one else can fix them, call them NOW!

Brad's company has been helping my family and I with our computers for almost ten years now...since the Windows XP days! They have always been prompt, knowledgeable, and courteous. They also have even provided free advice on questions my family and I have had when we were stumped. If you don't know technology and need help, call Real Tech Solutions.
UPDATE: I recommended them to my boss as we were moving our office to a new location. They were able to move all of our servers and computers seamlessly and completed it over the weekend to ensure we didn't have any downtime. Needless to say my boss

We have been using Real Tech Solutions for several years now. We run a large home office and Brad from Real Tech Solutions has been servicing our computers, and has helped us in the purchase of several computers in addition to other equipment. Real Tech Solutions has been my sole IT Provider since 2016. Brad is a respectful IT professional and VERY knowledgeable. His company provides an excellent, timely service for a reasonable price. I can't conceive how or why anyone would chose a revolving door big box provider when you'll never see the same person ever again over Real Tech Solutions. RTS knows your OS, IT requirements, and provides a customized solution based on your IT needs.

Our accounting company was bailed out BIG TIME by Real Tech Solutions. We rely HEAVILY on the technology in our office as without it we can not work.
We have used another local company (name redacted) for several years and were mostly happy with them. However, early on a Monday morning, we found that we had a virus that took over all of our computers and our two servers. In a complete panic, we contacted that IT company and said they would be able to help the next day. This was completely unacceptable.
I called around and Brad and his team were at our office within 2 hours and started to work
