All I can say is... WOW!
I lift weights, and I sometimes "tweak" something in my back or neck. I look at massage therapy as an investment in my health ...and the way I stay away from expensive doctor visits.
That being said, I have had the devil of a time finding a massage therapist that will actually work on the area that has the knot. I mean, if your neck is stiff why in the world is the massage therapist working on you all over? For relaxation, that's fine... but for pain management, it's just a waste of money.
I have FINALLY found THE PLACE where I can go and get the knots worked out exactly
