Our open door policy allows you to tour any of our locations at any time during regular business hours. Ms. Carol is a very rude obnoxious and an extremely miserable person! If she speaks to the children the way she speaks to parents I can only imagine the critical damage she will cause on a young developing mind. She had the audacity to come at me upon my entering the drop off lane without cause or reason. .cursing and swearing at me! I responded rudely as well. ( oh and they magically can not find the video ?)I’m not sure why she still has a position here? I often hear other parents complaining about her and one other staff member. Please don't even think about visiting. We left there shocked and saddened to see how those babies are treated. We went for a visit and it was shocking to see how little they care about the children. One group was outside and the teacher was not at all paying attention to them, 1 year olds climbing different things, one with a missing shoe, another one was eating the rubber "mulch" and another poor kid was all dirty with snots... The rooms are not clean, it smells very badly and the changing table is right next to the fridge where food is being handled. I don't have enough words to express how
