I had finally found my dream car in the UK, and had to get it transported to Los Angeles. It was a major undertaking, since it was my first time. After years of searching, I pulled the trigger and finalized the sale. The UK shipping company recommended Horizon Shipping for Customs Brokerage.
This is something individual shipper must do, if they're not bonded and their items cost more than $2500. Customs deals directly with your broker and have power of attorney. I submitted for online quote and they never reached out. Finally got in touch and everything worked out fine until i received the truck. The door was all scratched front bumper was damaged. I complained and till now no answer. I made sure that they took pictures before dispatch so that i have proof.

They are Big Joke ...MARDY IS THE NUMBER ONE!!!!
SECOND IT IS JAVIER!
Instead to send my car to Poland they sent to Germany!!!!
Then Mardy said she is going to bring back to Houston and I need to come and pick it up after 2-3 months!!!!
I gave them my car on April 30 to be send to Poland-Gdynia, now is June 5 and my car is swimming around the world...don’t know when I get it back!!!
I’m looking for a lawyer to help me with this case.
Anyone help?

Horrible service not to mention Horrific customer service!!!!!! Shiped with them a few months back from Hawaii to Texas. The vehicle was delivered by a random person who wanted to drop off on a personal dolly. When contact the office they gave us the run arounddue to the owner nevwr being there. Then she just said sorry cant do anything after 3 weeks of waiting for a simple explanation. Rated them on Facebook with what they deserved and got a nasty message from the owner Martie! Disgusted by the lack of everything!
