Beyond a doubt the best Seadoo dealer !!! Robert in parts was incredible and handled everything pertaining to the purchase of my new 2022 GTX Limited this past weekend. Robert assisted and shared valuable information with the accessories we also needed. Living out of town, I made the purchase via the phone. The ski was ready and on the trailer when I arrived. I just had to sign the papers. I purchased two 2020 skis from Jax Powersports previously. I highly recommend SeaDoo, Jacksonville Powersports and Robert to anyone seeking the thrill of Personal Watercraft.

Amazing place,, at the time had a huge selection. Now they have as much as possible and always a good deal, best service and staff. Jet ski superstore lots of parts and accessories available, authorized with Sea Doo. We still have both our skis from them and enjoy trips for service. Ended up with a 2020 GTX300 Limited and a 2019 GTRx edition, awesome skis!! We have an extended warranty and service plan and couldn’t be happier. Call these guys or stop by for any powersports needs. We buy parts and supplies for our skis and they also ship direct to our house, great parts and service departments

The dealership was unfriendly and unhelpful. The manager was arrogant and stand-offish and the sales staff was unknowledgeable and openly misogynistic to say the least. We didn't even bother attempting negotiations because getting information on the bike we were looking at from the sales manager and sales staff was like pulling teeth. We walked in prepared to buy a brand new bike at full price and now, I wouldn't buy it from them if they knocked 20% off the top. We were in the store less than 10 minutes and that was 9 minutes too long. Don't support this joke of a company.

I went in to buy a new Kawasaki after seeing they had one in the color I wanted. I called prior to going in to verify the bike was there and asked several miscellaneous questions about it. I obtained my own loan ahead of time and based off the advertised price, I was well within my margins. I arrived, checked out the bike and picked out some riding gear. The manager was the sales rep helping me as well as the same person I had spoken with on the phone a few days prior. He rings up the sale and brings out the tally. It’s well over what was expected with shipping fees, handling fees, document fees

I would like to express how satisfied and happy that I was able to find this water sport store and more importantly to have met Robert!. I have never owned a Jet-ski before, have driven many, but never owned one. When I decided to buy one and be able to spend quality time with my 15 year old son, I did not know where to start. I lived 14 years in FL and never bought a craft, which I regret it very much. Now that I live in NC, I decided to change this. I guess it’s never too late!. Either way, after searching for a local distributor in NC, I quickly realized they have all exhausted their stock
