I have not personally been to Adamec HD, but, I would not recommend Adamec HD.
A friend in his Harley-Davidson Road Glide on a record breaking 100K miles in 100 days for both Harley-Davidson and the charity he’s raising money for had a slow leak.
He stopped at Adamec HD service department on 10/9/21 and they didn’t offer him the assistance he needed to keep up with 1,000 miles a day average

Maybe it was the beginning of the month thing (no pressure to make the sale), but the manager included all kinds of numbers in the final numbers to effectively turn my trade value into half of what he agreed to. Be very careful when you purchase a bike here. At least in my case, he didn’t even try to make it less obvious: I’m giving you this much more for your trade; (but I’m going to get you to pay that much more over MSRP for the new bike). I wasn’t even ready to pay MSRP - so that was a quick no deal, saving me all the haggling.

I have what is a come to find out……..expensive 20 yr old RK and this dealership apparently struggles to correct issues of this age. I appreciate the motivation that drives the service crews but I cannot ever get a clear or even estimated guess as to when my poor bike may be fixed from them. It’s all about blame and maybe we will get ur parts soon etc……. I have spent over 5k$ here and yet here I sit without my bike or an estimate as to when I may get it back etc.I love my bike and what it could be but it currently is’nt in my garage.

My husband and I picked up our 2021 Street Glide on Saturday. We were greeted by our sales guy as soon as we walked up. He answered all of our questions and worked quickly to get us a deal going. Mike King, Chris Skinner and Chuck all worked together to make sure we were happy. They seriously pulled out all the stops. Everyone we came in contact with was genuinely excited for us. Huge store with the best selection of Harley Davidson accessories and parts that I have seen in Jacksonville. I was met by staff in the parking lot and taken to the person I needed to see for the parts I wanted. Huge selection of new and used bikes. Very nice amenities and a clean and easy to navigate environment.
