I've been here a few times now to look at motorcycles and participate in BMW factory demo rides and have always been impressed with the employees. They are friendly, professional and have been very accommodating answering my questions and allowing me to test ride a couple of the demo bikes. If you are looking for a new BMW motorcycle stop and give this place try you'll be glad you did.

I bought this 2022 on Indianapolis. Got my 600 miles getting back home to Pembroke Pines Florida. Call these guys, made an appointment, John in services was kind enough to get me in and out super quick. I’m so glad I stoped by, the guys in service performed a inspection and notice that I had a nail in my rear tire. They surly took care of me and gave me a brand new tire and in no time I was ready to travel again. They were nice and courteous, I highly recommended them.

The best dealership ever. From buying my bike from Craig and Marcello, to servicing with the awesome techs, and John representing service, hands down top notch, parts guys are awesome guys too, sorry I'm bad with names. Absolutely wonderful experience. I’ve never purchased a motorcycle before and after going to a few other dealerships and experiencing a great deal difficulty and frustration simply getting the price of the bike and being told that $2500 in fees on a $5000 bike was normal, I came here. Craig was my sales representative and treated me professionally and with respect. There was no haggling, no bargaining, no sketchy behavior - I asked how much the bike was and he told me. Completely reasonable fees, far below any other dealer. Asked if I wanted to go on a test ride - no other dealership would allow

Highly recommend this dealership. They have a great team that actually works together to give you a great experience in not only purchasing but parts and service as well. Being 3 and a half hours away I will happily drive the extra distance knowing these guys are on the ball and really know their stuff. Communication from my sales guy Craig Jenkins was very helpful in my entire buying process. Props to Kyle from the parts department who was very helpful in getting the proper parts installed, setting up my apt and getting my bike in and out same day. I am looking forward to purchasing my next bike

I would give zero stars if possible if you want to buy a bike from a place that makes you feel like you matter and like they thank you for your money and your business this is not the place parts to fall off the bike after improper install given that it's the license plate holder I expected a timely response unfortunately still have yet to get my license plate holder in more than a week after the issue every time I call I'm given the runaround about when parts will be there that I've already ordered already and paid for nothing has showed up on time yet I understand that everything

I don't know how anyone wouldn't love the service and sales here. Marcelo runs a respectable business and everyone has one goal, to put you on the right bike from what you describe to them what you want it for. And the young lady in sales and parts is amazing, she hooked up my helmet with the Bluetooth recording device as well as the anti fog protection. Love this place and I don't throw great reviews out unless they are truly great..

Yesterday, around 1:00pm, I was in Orange Park and dropped by BMW of Jacksonville to look for a gently used bike. I viewed their website that morning and saw a red banner saying WE'RE OPEN.
I drove up to their large good looking showroom and walked to the Front Door. Signs said, We are practicing safe distancing Due to COVID-19 please call for an appointment to visit the showroom. A salesman opens the door, says we're closed for the virus unless you want to make an appointment. My replay was, I saw the "We're Open" on BMW of Jacksonville's website.

Don't waste your time. Just drive the extra hour and go to the Ducati dealer in Sanford. I called to get a quote on a front tire and the person who answer in the service department seems like he was not having a good day.
(Not the same person I have deal with before) I also had the 15k service done. When I was about to leave the maintenance light was not reseted. They did pull the bike back in the shop and fixed it right away. Once I get home I started looking all over the bike to find out the chain was not adjusted and now my break light stays on. ( they flushed all the fluids and replace

I purchased a new bike at BMW Motorcycles of Jacksonville on 31 December. After bringing the bike home I noticed the front tire was losing 10 pounds of air pressure each day. The next week I went back to the dealer and spoke with Craig, the salesman, about how this new bike's front tire was losing air each day. Craig said that is not right and immediately took me back to Gene the service manager. Gene instantly took action and put my bike to the top of the list for his technician. I'd give 0 stars if it was an option. Long story which I'm sure the dealership has a different take. I drove the motorcycle to the dealership for $170 oil change ($95 materials, $70 labor and tax) and left with a flashing ABS. I paid $1200+ to replace the ABS module and still had a flashing ABS light. I took it back and was told the pads were worn metal to metal. Somehow that was missed on the original inspection. I pick the bike up and now the ABS light is still flashing and it won't start. Finally after nearly killing the battery it starts only to leave me stranded 1/2 way home

What an awesome experience! The staff, the place and of course the bike. Drove down from South Carolina and picked up a Speciale. I have to tell you before I made the drive I was in contact with them and was going back and forth on what bike to get and to be honest I couldn't be happier thank you Eric and Marcelo.

Sucks that I just moved over from Miami and this is the only dealership I have to deal with.
I'm easy going and takes me a lot to find a flaw.
The only person I feel that cares is the sales rep Eric. Great person full of information and advices.
The rest, are in it for the money. Don't expect a file for your records after a sale. Don't expect to know your final monthly loan payments. Should've done my research. Don't expect any advices or helpful suggestions.
Save your time and most importantly your money.

Long story short, Purchased a '13 GTL from them, Never Again!. The owners seem like they care, spoke to the wife about my issues and while she lent a ear to the turmoil, she did nothing about it. Marcelo is a new hire (per management) so I'm not certain he should take the full brunt of the issues, however... When you spend $15K on a used bike, you should expect it to be clean, and not lied to "the detail guy is new". When you add dealer installed farkles, they should not be the wrong parts!
