I cannot praise Ed enough for his professionalism and his quality of service. He showed up to the property 10 minutes early. After introducing himself he laid out his plan to us and went right to work. He welcomes people to follow him and to get immediate feedback on what he’s seeing. He has immense knowledge and speaks from years of experience. He also takes his time and throughly inspects the house. At no time did he rush or speed through.
The report we received was timely, organized, and easy to follow.

At the recommendation of several people, I called Mr. Haas to see if he was available to do my home inspection for my new home. He responded quickly and courteously. The day of the inspection he arrived a few minutes early and had already started the roof inspection. He allowed me to be onsite while conducting the inspection, ask any questions I might have about different areas, he explained things as he went along, was friendly, professional and helpful. When he was done he explained the process and what to expect. I received my completed inspection papers via email the next day. Then, a few days

He was courteous, punctual, and had immediate follow-through with a detailed report. Ed did a great job with our home inspection. He was very detailed and knowledgeable about all aspects of the inspection process...Ed was a carpenter and builder for 35 years so he knows how a house should be built! His report was very thorough and had pictures with all of his findings. After he completed the inspection, he took another 2 hours to explain everything he found to me while I was onsite. This was my second home inspection experience....and let me tell you, not all inspectors are created equal! You get what you pay for in a home inspector.... I would highly recommend Haas Home Inspections
