I am very impressed with the customer service of this agency. I have never had such fast turn around time for quotes and phone calls and anything else I have ever needed. The agent herself calling to follow up and to personalize our needs including things we have never thought of needing but truly do need. It’s a very friendly family style atmosphere. Very personalized and I didn’t feel like just a client, I felt a great connection with the friendly personalities. Always smiling and always doing things for their community and always giving back. My daughter was never added to my family policy. When my daughter got her drivers license I contacted Nicole’s office to have her added. After providing all necessary information I was told she was added. I received a renewal policy from State Farm months later and she was not added.
This was the second time their office neglected to make policy changes, a similar event occurred when I purchased a new vehicle.
Do not trust Nicole or any of her reports. Verify through State Farm yourself when you make changes or go to another agent.
They are incompetent.

I saw Nicole speak once at a panel for women small business owners and was taken in by her knowledge of small business insurance needs and how genuine she was. We met and discussed my business and home and she made suggestions based on what I needed and never tried to sell me what I don't need. She is just a phone call or email away if we need her for any of our insurance needs AND she saved us money! We know use State Farm for all of our insurance needs. We highly recommend Nicole and her team.

Best agent I've ever had. I've never had such a nice friendly and personable relationship with an insurance agent. She really makes me feel accepted and cared about on more than just a "this is my job" kinda level. I feel like she actually cares about me and in this day and age that isn't so common anymore.
