I just changed over to State Farm recently and I can already notice a huge difference in how I’m treated and cared about as a client. I’ve been with Geico and Progressive in the past so I was looking to switch to a better insurance company. I’m glad Ronnie reached out to me a couple weeks ago! He was very patient and was able to get me the best rate which included more & better coverage while saving $45 a month. Pete and his team have always taken such good care of us. They always go the extra mile to make sure everything is handled. Even when we had a little kerfuffle with home owners insurance, it was resolved quickly and without incident. They even helped us set up one time event insurance through another company by checking around and referring us. It's the little touches that make me a 10+ year long customer.

There are a lot of factors that change one’s insurance rates and many people don’t understand that. Furthermore, people just don’t understand what compromises they make when they shop insurance based on price and price alone. State Farm is the Mercedes-Benz of carriers and you’re treated like that. You’re treated like that by Pete and Ronnie and especially the claims department during those unpredictable and most stressful of times. When you need an agent with a personal touch who downright cares and a company with the resources to make you whole again and quickly, you need Pete Piotrowski

Pete is a true professional who cares about each and every one of his clients. His knowledge for the industry is incredible and he truly advises and fights for what is best for his customers, not himself. Absolutely 10/10 recommend either sitting down with Pete if you need insurance especially but also for him to review your current policy because that is sometimes more valuable.

EXTREMELY HELPFUL & KNOWLEDGEABLE! Pete and his team have been handling all of my insurance for over 10 years. They beat the rates from my previous insurance agency and sat with me to explain exactly what coverage I could benefit from and what I did not need. When my family grew, they were sure to make me aware of the options and discounts that I was now eligible for.

RUN!!! I have been with State Farm for over 20 years and since Pete took over for Dave Ortman (sp) I have had nothing but problems. When I make a change to my auto coverage my premium quote changes within minutes of talking to Pete and Brent. Why can't I get a consistant quote? I have also added coverage to my policy in which my premium increased but the coverage was never added. They told me I never requested to have the coverage added. Well then why did my premium increase? When I added a vehicle to my policy, they told me I could pay the premium when my other vehicle premium was due in about

Pete Piotrowski and his staff have always been top notch in terms of customer service and especially claim handling. I have a home owners claim and an auto claim where Pete has been involved throughout the entire process and handling the claim with the team leaving me to not have to think or stress more than needed. He has gotten me the coverage I deserved and even then some. I am very thankful to have him as an agent and his staff, Brent Huber especially, who truly care and do everything they possibly can for their clients. Highly recommend.
