If you like paying the highest price for the worst homeowners and auto policy, you found your agent. I called Alan about my rates going up majorly one year after the next when I had no accidents or tickets. Instead of trying to see what he could do to help, he began telling me how I was paying less than I thought because of all the discounts on my policy. Statefarm is known for fake and baseless discounts that trick people into believing they're saving, instead of actually saving them any money. After listening to Alan's excuses and sales man pitch, I cancelled my policy during that same meeting
