Absolutely disgusted with the other staff members at this facility. I am a CNA through the app called Clipboard Health. My first experience at this facility was awesome (Morning shift: 7am- 3pm). Unfortunately, I ended up walking out from my shift today on Dec 5 (3pm -11pm) due to the fact that I witnessed residents being abused and the fact that staff members during this shift was neglectful and only gave the hard work to the people that are coming from the "agency". I literally watched the other caregivers shove food down the resident's throat so aggressively to the point that

I am so grateful for the Dogwood Forest staff and the precautions they are taking to keep their residents safe. They were way out in front in adopting strict social distancing and restricting visitors. As a result, everyone there, including my 94 year old mother, is healthy. I highly commend their actions during the COVID-19 pandemic.

THE MOST HORRIBLE UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE I HAVE EVER WORKED!!!!! The BUSINESS OFFICE MANGER IS SO Incompetent I’m not quite sure how she even got her job she messed up on payroll Which caused me not to receive my check I spoke with several people in corporate who lied and said that they will cut me a check and didn’t ....It’s been almost a whole week after payday and I still haven’t received my check and no one is trying to help me if I were you I would stay far away from this place besides the unprofessionalism the kitchen is gross it’s nasty it’s dirty and probably
