We started business as Usedmotopart, a small parts business on Ebay. After maintaining a 99.8% rating and receiving over 50,000 ratings of positive feedback, we decided to take our business to the next level. The goal was to create the all-in-one motorcycle kingdom with parts, repair, and motorcycle sales.
We have been in the exporting business for approximately 5 years and will take care of our customer throughout the entire process, ensuring easy export. We do the work that needs to be done in the USA. For example, we will buy the motorcycle, atv, jetski, boat, car, and all parts or accessories that may be needed.
80% of our sales come from referrals of previous customers that have bought bikes from us. They are happy with the process and recommend their friends to us. We want to reward our customers so we came up with our $150 In-store referral program, in which the person referred and the previous customer will get a $150 In-store credit.

I needed a oil change called around but everyone was backed up for weeks to schedule a oil change. Called Aziz got a price and was told to come on in, arrived shortly after and they had me out of there quickly. The manager also gave me a discount on the price because my bike needed more oil than what was quoted, it was pleasant surprise especially when no other shops were even available without making a appointment. Thank you Aziz for the quick service and pleasant experience!

Just purchased a Can am Ryker 900 from Aziz cycle and couldn't be happier with my decision. Daryl was running the show there and took care of me from start to finish. Was actually nice to deal with a smaller dealer like this as opposed to the bigger guys where you deal with 3 different people just to get a purchase. Daryl took care of it all and even got a a great rate for insurance as well. Great experience!

They claim $49 dollar per tire change. Just called them to set up appt. And now they tried to charge me $75. Be careful.
When I first called, I asked how much for both front and back on a dirt bike. He said $75 and I said ok. Then he switches it up and say $75 per tire. That's called the switcheroo. Maybe you should tell your employees to be more detailed since your paying them so much more.

I bought a canam in July the first day I bought it it went in lymph mode !!! It has been on lymph mode every week they told me take it to a canam dealer my bike has been in and out a canam dealer since I got this bike it’s November and my bike is still at a dealer getting fixed , I’ve been paying this bike and haven’t been able to enjoy this bike since I got it every week it goes back to the canam dealer to get checked because it’s alway on lymph mode this bike was already defective when I bought it from this place

Despite not making a deal on a bike this go around, Darryl was absolutely awesome to work with. He is kind and wants to make sure that you get a quality bike to ride off on. Will definitely be keeping them in mind when finally able to make a deal happen on my part, as well as recommend the shop to friends.

Warning do not take your bike here. I had them work on my bike it would not start. A week later they call me and said it was ready. 500.00 later I picked it up and less than 10 miles down the road it quiet running. Took it back to them another 100.00 they said it was a starter switch. My brother pick it up for me they said he would not make it home with it. He didn't make it 5 miles before it stopped running. When I called them about it they were extremely rude and said to sell it.never ever take your bike here.

Took my bike there on a recommendation. motor was running on one cylinder thought It was a clogged fuel injector. they disconnected the EFI power commander told me that was the problem, also said that the plugs were bad but did not replace them. Runs like Crap, you would think that after paying $310.00 they would change the plugs. Learned my lesson!

Charles (the Salesman) was very polite, professional, knowledgeable, and patient during the buying process. He was very communicative and helpful. They appear to have great prices and I was very pleased with my purchase. We will definitely purchase another motorcycle from them in the near future.

Well I had left good post but after a few days of having the bike it started messing up. It would not crank and kept stalling out when it did. They refused to fix and the owner Michael told me it was brought as it and it was nothing they could do. The one who sold it to me Charles kept promising to pick it up and fix and never showed. They stuck us with $1900 plus bike that doesn't work and a high interest snap loan. They won't take the bike back or fix it, and snap won't cancel the loan unless the bike shop does. The owner is a real D. Head he does not how to talk or treat people
