Work is excellent, reasonable pricing and very friendly communication/customer service. I would like to recognize Logan in particular. This is the second time that Logan has come to our home in to do work. Logan's attention to detail was outstanding (he even asked about how the air conditioner was working the last time he was here). Logan was very personable and made sure we understood how the new thermostat worked and was open to future communication if we had any questions. I had to leave home a little before the job was completed to attend a meeting and I had no problem leaving Logan alone in

Was very impressed with technician, very polite, showed me everything he was going to do after finding the plumbing issue's and I had a weird bang in my AC and he didn't bat an eye just fixed it. Simply the best. Love when you have whole hearted people.

Thanks to Richter HVAC for another great job in taking care of my HVAC needs. Responded to my call for my AC not working on a day when it’s going to get HOT and had me up and running quickly. My service person was very professional and quickly found and repaired the issue. He also filled me in on things I can do to keep my system running smoothly and efficiently. I have used Richter for all my HVAC needs, and also had them install my new water heater. Always a great job at a affordable price. I highly recommend them for any HVAC needs.
